There seems to be some confusion about the t-shirts. The official t-shirts are already up on: www.redbubble.com/people/echoboom/collec...product_type=t-shirt

You can also get cups, phone covers and some other cool stuff there. Echoboom gets about a 10% of whatever is sold on that place, so it helps the game to purchase from the official site.

Now, the messy thing is that Whiplash wanted to create a t-shirt for his squadron. That sounds fair, but it gets messy when it begins to be called 'official dogfight shirt' which is not true.

I can't allow for people to use randomly the Dogfight logo anywhere. It requires special permissions because otherwise it would get out of hand. Specially if people begins to make money out of Dogfight merchandise without consent (that would be extremely shady considering the situation of Dogfight right now!)

The reason the site with t-shirts and merchandise has been taking long to be up, it's because we have to do all legal paperwork and also find a place that would ship worldwide. I also wanted the option to add things like your own pilot name, but that's not that easy on a worldwide scale. I found places here in Spain that do it but they only ship to Spain. Then in UK only to UK... then in the US only to the US... so it gets messy.

So to summarize, if you want to create your own design and buy a t-shirt for yourself, in general I'll be fine with it if no profit is involved. In the US you can do things like www.customink.com which is one of the options Whiplash was looking at for squadron tshirts.

The other option is that we declare Official t-shirts for Dogfight and a particular squadron. And customize them as much as possible. Unfortunately this has to be done on one to one basis right now because there is no automatic way. So the way to proceed would be:

If you want your own Official Squadron T-shirt that we can add at to Echoboom's account on redbubble.com for everyone to get:

1) You can either send me your design after you've decided internally on your squadron. You can send me more than one design, up to you. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. goes to my email so send them there. It would also be helpful if you have several designs posted on your squadron section, send me the link.

If we get multiple designs, we will probably create a category for your squadron on the t-shirts area.

2) I'll try my best with Jesus (the designer in here) to fit the design the best we can and then we'll add it to the web site for anyone to get it. The advantage of this is that the design is generic: it will also show on cups, phone covers or whatever.

3) If you want to have your particular name on it, on the design just put any name and let me know that could be the custom name area. I would need to have the list of names who would purchase the t-shirt so we can create each t-shirt one by one (Jesus is going to love that lol) and then we add them onto redbubble.



The other option is that you do it on your local store and handle it all by yourself, up to you. It just won't be listed on the Official Dogfight site.
