Hi

I'm looking to get a server on brazil but my provider has none on there. I've spent a few hours searching but the cheapest I could find for one single server on there was about $300 a month. That's almost double the price than the US and for the crappiest server available :?

I must be looking at the wrong places. Does anyone know where I can find affordable dedicated servers on Brazil?

www.yobox.in/dedicated-servers.php

Not sure about the strength of the server. I guess it is economical. If u are interested I can contact these guys. They are not so far from my place.

ok I got 2 machines, one for brazil and another for india. I hope people that use them will subscribe otherwise I will have to remove them... i'm very surprised that machines outside Europe and the US are so expensive! I would expect them to be cheaper.

Hopefully during today those 2 machines will be online. I'm waiting for the guys to get back to me with the setup info.

Zup,
If you are still seeing a lot of free play, maybe lengthen the wait time, or look into that free-cheat loophole that Jeff pointed out (I think he said free players can go into another game without waiting if they leave the last game a certain way, I'm not sure).

We're pretty sure there are a lot of players who really want to play, and if only 40 droids went to pay in the first cutover, I suspect that it's because they can still satisfy their addiction without paying. People may have a good nature generally, but when it comes down to money, people won't pay unless they absolutely have to.

Zuperman for me I can play the games again over and over when they end is all I have to do is press play again but if I lose connection during a game or something like that then I have to wait so u should probably fix that I'm sure it works for others too

I've just got an email from the guys at India and they cancelled the order. They say they don't allow games to be hosted on any of their networks...

The other options are Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan... they are all pretty far from India but I see no better way to solve this.

Zup, for some reason I thought the current South Asia server ("Artois") was in India. If not, where is it?

EDIT: By the way, this isn't a game, it's a social network where people shoot each other down ;)

Manfred, it was there... until the free servers that Microsoft gave me expired. Now I have to pay for every single server so that one was connected to the US during this week.

I just placed it on hong kong, since it seems impossible to have a game server on india (at least I couldn't find any provider). It should be faster than the US I hope.

No sera que el lag viene de esos servidores al estar mas lejos?cuando juegan brasileños o asiaticos el juego tiene mas lag, puede ser por la conexion que sea deficiente?o esto que digo no influye en haber mas lag?
