Hi friends...i wanted to update you all. We have nearly all experienced issues with a pilot named "hiiiiii" (or something like that..give or take a few "I's". I took time to email zup last night and heard back from him this morning. That player in my opinion is an extreme case and needed attention rather quickly. The problem has either been resolved or being resolved. When reporting such an extreme case, i would suggest emailing zup WITH supporting documentation such as a screenshot of the game or the offenders profile name so that he can quickly and accurate address the issue. I failed to send a screenshot, but he felt he found the person. Just to verify he found the right person, I did email a screenshot of the in game name. This for me was an extreme case and I found emailing was very effective in that the turn around was less than 24 hours. Just a suggestion for those extreme cases. Thanks!
