So basically, this is an open question thread looking for answers, as I feel that the lack of information from you Zuperman needs to be addressed and some enlightenment added before more money is earmarked for things like Mini Dogfight.

Yes.where are these premium servers gonna be hosted?i honestly can't see any improvement.
Are the different terrain levels between platforms gona get sorted?its tiresome having planes fying underground shooting through hills.
Are all platforms ever gonna be equal?To watch players being able to do moves like Paul Bonhomme pulling 10G turns while others bumble through the air is starting to lose its comic appeal.

I'm sure Zuperman hasn't replied because he's busy finishing up squad wars and carefully considering all of the valuable input you've all taken the time to provide. Let's all be patient and give him the benefit of the doubt - I'm sure he'll be along shortly to let us know what's going on, what he will need, and which direction things will need to go.
