Havent seen the guy in months, weve done all he can ask to help him and he disappears on us? Its kinda like he just said fuck all of us and left. Trolls on wc are getting worse by the day and everything else. WHERE IS THIS GUYS!?!?!?!? so to blow of some steam and maybe get ones attention id like to hear what yall would do "if you were zuperman" and how u can level this out and make it better. Cmon itd be fun, GO!

What i would do if i was zuperman...
1. Hire help to mod this place and clean it up.
2. Follow through with promises such as bringing back mods oh and erm...SQUAD WARS!
3. Put in some more detail in terrain, guns, pilot, planes, and missions
4. Id also have a system set of servers to be reset at a certain time EVERYDAY to reduce lag
5. Get rid of the slow connection message that pops up
6. Come out with holiday themes rather it be a flying dog house (like zebra sujested) or a random ufo for davy.

Zuperman, we sure do need you here and it would be nice to have our creator back. If you see this please let us know you havent given up on us. Any sort of appearance will be nice a appreciated

First up, remove the F word in your message (can't complain about the language in WC then use it yourself).

Now on the level of service we get... I'd love DF to have a full team of developers and support staff working 24x7 coming out with all the cools features (and bug fixes), new planes and maps that we all want to see.

But, I was Zup I wouldn't spend my money making large investments in people and time for a product that doesn't produce enough money to cover costs (I'm sure it doesn't even come close to ).

Think about the costs to run a small business, 6 servers on Azure all cost money, office space rental (I'm in a 2 man office at the moment, costs $3k per month), salaries (Zup has to eat too, unless we all ship him canned food). The loaded costs are often much higher than just the salary you pay (I've seen $180k per year for larger companies, that's ~$16K per month just to cover 1 person!).

Now think about how many people purchase their points v just slowly earn them. How much hard earned cash have move most of you invested into the game? I've personally spent ~$200 over 2 years. It's nothing given the many hours of joy I have received. Some people go to the movies every week, I play DF every day, as do many of you, but we don't pay for it.

Finally, there was the DF Elite push way back when. Not enough people put up funds to allow Zup to get the money he needed to staff DF properly. He tried to give us a chance, not enough people were willing to help out.

We are probably luck that Zup doesn't cut his losses and shut off the servers.

...........i would sell DF as a going concern/unfinished project to a more professional outfit.Or just call it a day,switch off the servers and post "goodbye"in Announcements,then disable the forum.

I would prob ask how it felt when u couldn't play for a while, then ask how you felt when u played again?? Despite all it's problems I would say you all love it so work with me because of the pleasure it gives.I know it's frustrating and maybe I could release a few explanations of what I'm doing from time to time...and maybe a few incentives..but love Df and it will love you back..remember that feeling when u levelled up..maybe I could introduce a few more levels within the moraf setting..ie Dan's on a black belt..he he have fun.

Please rember zup.runs a company .he has companies that hire him to do.jobs. df is zups love but its his side project he has spent days on end with no.sleep for this game and for us. But he needs to run his company first and foremost. If he just pus.all his time into df guess what the company he runs loses cash if that happens df will close. So cut the man some.slack. and be thankful your still flying.

Yes my point exactly, gunz hit it on the head with a nail. Im not complaining or trying to tell anyone how to do their job. And im very thankful for everyday i get to come here and waste my time lol i just hate to log in one day and poof! No more dogfight i think that would be tragic. I come to like alot of you folks here and ive concidered yall closer then some ppl i know in the real world. So i guess what im trying to say is if we dont wanna see the game go down the drain prehaps we can stop bitching and bickering at each other and do something thats actually useful for a change lol idk this thread is pointless and ive lost my mojo to even come back to it. Hopefully by some marical work from the good lord above this game wont disappear on us, and this is all im gonna say about this matter.

Something needs to be done. I've seen good players announce they are leaving and my own Squad members disappear with tragic emails to the rest of us because they have lost accounts or can no longer sign in. Game play and WC is full of foul language--we've all seen it. Not to mention, the lag that has become so constant you anticipate not being able to finish a game or kicked off due to loss of conn.

I suspect this 'labor of love' has become too much for Zup. What happens next? Up to Zup and he's AWOL.

All I can say is for us all to have some patience... for all we know he will appear tomorrow posting a new list of mods as well as the hopefully upcoming Squadron Wars.. and for both of these things I have my fingers crossed!

Ok.as.far as the mods go.its not somthing zup.is taking for gratnted. He has to make some tought desisions on that who.can he count on so hey it will.take some time. Ask your a self this do ypu want someone that will ban anyone for personal reasons or do you want someone that does it for the love of the game . As for better graphics rudder controls this that the other thing. Give him a damn chance. He does this alone. Would it be nice to have a group of devs on the game hell yeah it would but it is not going to happen. Have there been times ive wanted to shoot zup when i see him damn right there has been. But at the end of the day that man get my utmost respect for what he created for us. So like i said cut the man so slack. Or maybe you can tick him off enough to just close the game. Now i have respect for all that have posted here so please just some patients is required here.

He's an entrepreneur and has some other apps and developments that are pretty amazing! If you guys want to show your support to Joaquin,download his financial calculator,I did on my android and it's very nice! Only 3 bucks!
Keep in mind,he's working in Spain with a small crew,maybe 5,and probably no budget to keep dogfight competitive with all the millions of big Co. Apps that are NEW. I can only assume that he's super busy but I'm sure we will hear from him soon enough.
I'd love to see some "in house management" too...that would be the first thing I'd do.
