Well guys, looks like this is it. My 3 and a half years at dogfight are finally coming to an end.

I have had my fair share of fun here and broken all of my dogfight goals except 2. Which I will happily say, I can live without accomplishing them.

1. Shoot down all the df Legends. I have killed everyone in df at least once, except 1 lucky and highly skilled girl. 420. She remains the only df ace I have never killed in my 2.5 years of playing.

2. Achieve a 3/1 kdr. I am at 2.951/1 on my ldr and can live with that. I dont care enough anymore to reach that last stretch. Not bad though since when I started df, my kdr was closer to 1/10. Took close to a year to get myself into a positive kdr.

There are many here that I have grown rather fond of here that made my time here the best I ever had. VonKopp, GreyGhost, Jacklpe, Manfred, Luna, Weatherman, Wig, YEMX Whiplash, Davy Crocket, my old rivals of the air and great friends Dr Dave and Gizmo, and swopcamel. All of yall have been some of my best allies in this game, amd so many rarely play anymore, just makes the game less and less fun. Ive done my damage here in the air and marked my name in the sky, but as time goes on, like many before me, I will fade into a distant memory that only few would care to remember. My goals in this game where simple. Become one of the best. I may not have fully accomplished that goal, but I did make it into the top 50 and back in my hay day when I averaged a 7 or 8/1 kdr. I was often paired by many with blue max. Who in my opinion is still one of the best pilots in the game. I do not deserve that credit anymore, and feel its time to close my hanger and lock the doors. Everyone has the chance to shine like a star, but every star must die eventually, leaving way for newer stars to shine in their place.

As I write this final post, I want to thank everyone here for the awesome time yall have given me, and curse yall for the many sleepless nights yallve had me up playing df.
Was an honor to fly with u guys and fight by yalls side.

Today is a sad day in the DF world. One of the greatest players to ever pick up the game is retiring. One of my goals was to become as good as you and Max. Not sure if I will ever make it. Be well young one. Call me if you need anything.

Brother, we have both known this day to exist for some months now. It does not make it easier to bear nor the sadness any less real. When I first started this game, the first two pilots that made their impressions on me were Blue and yourself. Remember when we were going to write part 2 of the Dogfight saga? I don't think we made it very far, but somehow I still entertain the idea. We fought many missions together just the two of us. Needless to say, I didn't have to do a whole lot in those games. One of my most memorable games will be the one we had where you went 217 and 42. I was just an observant of greatness. You are one of the hands down absolute greats. Plane, chute, tank, it didn't matter. Your personality and charisma will be missed. Your skills adored. The reds can sigh in relief. Time has come and it has been a fine ride. Enjoy the rest of it. Will be in touch.
