Hi all, lets all spend one day a month flying the entry planes (DH2 and Eindecker) to remind us what its like to fly without our fancy planes. It also gives the newer players a chance to go toe to toe with a MORAF in the same plane they fly, to see if its the pilor or the plane.
Special mention to Pedrinho, who instigated the original rookie day. We all miss you Ped, drop by and say hi.

Thanks, Mad, but I am not "that back".
This forum doesnt worth posting anymore. And I just read few threads, once per week. And playing only 30-40 minutes per week. I am cured from my former addiction. Take care, guys! Off again.

Great Idea Hammer, I would love to see this acting out in the game. I do fly my "weather plane" from time to time in random missions its a lot of fun, though getting mauled sometimes by faster planes.

I the flight, several times, that would be great one day a week was mandatory for all, and give that opportunity to all new pilotos.habria to pick a day each week do you think?

This is a great idea as long as everybody does it.
Just entered a btc game and was enjoying myself until a couple of guys entered with double bomb planes and bombed me to bits!!!

I've been flying the dh2 and eindecker , so far not too bad. K:D of just over 2 and bombed a few hangars.
I've seen several others taking part too. Good on you for having a go.

Flew the eindecker last night in a btc game and was mostly cannon fodder for marshals and morafs.... still was fun though. My hats off to horriblebreast for switching to the Dh2 so I wasn't the only noob aircraft in the fight.

Good Rookie Day !
 Made a btb game won with 60+ kills. I like the 2 rookie planes. I wonder if the better planes are not too fast for me !  In a dogfight they can fly very slowly and the faster plane can be overshooted. The only pb is the lack of ammo so i have to get very close and not fire first. And only one bomb (not too cool for a bombing mission  )
