I have seen posts like this before, asking some question about toilet paper (over or under). I need to know, after you make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, do you eat it with the jelly on top or the peanut butter on top? Or does it even matter?

Jelly always goes on last. Jelly on top then.

I toast the bread and spread the peanut butter while the toast is hot (melts it). Then I add jam on the other slice, the jam facing down. I then peel apart the sandwich and lick the peanut butter...as it had a little jam. Once I do that, I eat the peanut butter side after tearing it in half. I then eat the jam side half by half.

Toasted, jam side up.

My favorite is to spread crunchy peanut butter on hot toasted bread then put in a bunch of fresh blackberries or raspberries. :cheer:

This topic is near and dear to me, because I was allergic to peanuts until I was 19 years old. Until then I had never eaten a PBJ. I have been trying different ways to enjoy them. A friend told me to make it like a grilled cheese. Just make one, put butter on the outside and fry it up. Sounds good to me, I might try it this weekend.

My apologies Hulk for being a " name caller", see above post. I believe Elvis use to make a fried PBJ with bacon and bananas as additional ingredients. I have never tried this, I usually just make a double decker with the standard items.

I'm allergic to peanut butter.
We liberate from our negative will to nothingness, and once having said yes to the instant, the affirmation is contagious. It bursts into a chain that knows no limit. To say yes to one instant is to say yes to all of existence.

K I wasn't going to click this thread but I said ahh wth. Honestly I only read your first post hulk, cuz I'm a lil impatient and also between games. But u posted it so I figured it was worth a look........................... and I was right! Lolol I usually eat jelly side up so pb doesn't stick to roof of my mouth and people look at me all funny as I work to get it off like a dog lolol but usually I don't eat pb&j's, I don't like much sweets so if I go that route I make pb&banana sandwiches like Elvis enjoyed ;)

If thats the way to exterminate, it'll take too freaken looonng

peanut butter on the bottom bread then jelly on the other piece.. pick up peanut butter piece and put it on jelly piece if you reverse this the jelly might slide off so in the end the jelly is on the buttom. Ive never really took time to enjoy a pb&j because there gone in like 3 seconds so I could eat it the tall way for all I care just as long as it goes in my stomach :cheer:
