Agreed! At first it was kinda cool. Now there is a big advantage to the platforms like windows that are not on the same version as the mainstream android and apple players. Also kindle players who not only dont have the jumper but still have the old D8 razor plane.

I play on windows, are you guys talking about the man on the chute with a gun able to shoot down planes? Because i cant really control him on windows using a controller, so i just respawn?

I am surprised you don't see how much realism it adds to the game Davey! . That thrill of walking out on the wing and jumping amidst all the gunfire. Wow. (Wretching here).

All joking aside. It would be quite the accomplishment if all the operating systems were ever to sync and an even field of play existed. No more tunnels through the hills or submarine tanking. Tanks with wings, visible, invisible players, hacks with unlimited bombs and the elimination of lag.

Well I've kinda gotten used to playing with all of this. Ironic to think if the game were without the above mentioned quirks, someone would beg to bring them back.

I am a kindle player and have not seen this chute thingy...although I have dv8 I still play with what the server gives me first time though I agree a more uniform update so all platforms are similar would be fairer....

In my opinion, should be disarmed.

Davy i must say as one of the first guys to get the jumping guy i can say it makes.me.stop and think of when i can jump.when i cant i have grown used to it now my chute kills.are back to what they used to be. Yes i miss the instant chute and sometimes i wish it was back. And damn straight the updates need to he uniform its causing to much lag and killing games. I still see that damn d8 and instant chutes thats just not right. Zup needs to do something to get them updated around the same time. But the fact is i like.the chute guy now. But you still.get my vote on bringing back the instant chute. What kills.me is when im.low.and i jump i get a crash death but still get my chute or it takes to long and i end up in enemy territory when i know i.jumped.in no mans land

I say kill the chute all together. They were not popular in early WW1 and when they did appear had many issues. In fact they failed a third of the time. I have never heard of an aircraft being shot down from someone in a parachute and certainly never with the deadly accuracy as in the game. I have been able to take down 3 or 4 airplanes from a chute in game, an impossibility in real life. I say revert back to WW1 chivalry and honor, go down with your plane!

It is a bit unrealistic, but if the chute was gone for good how could we get to our beloved tanks I think just change the round count to a six shot revolver and it would make it more difficult and slightly more realistic. Or no gun at all, but if you want a tank its only fair for people to have a shot at you while you are falling
