Hey guys, I found this baby squirrel that was blown out if his nest last night. Thought I come on and ask for a little help on bringing this little guy back from the brink of death. If any one has any ideas on what I can feed him to make him strong enough to go back out side.

If you know how to help, please post it. Thanks all!

Ghost

DADDY!

Having saved a few little animals I learned that the first question to ask yourself is:
Do I have the time?
You must feed every hour or two. M.O.M'S nurse at all hours for days.

Second question: Can I bear the pain?
After nursing for a day your nips get sore. Just ask your M.O.M.

If in doubt:
Call your state animal folks for contact info for vets.
Someone near you may have more experience and success.

Good luck....YOU ARE THE HERO OF THE DAY!

Geeze! Your local vet charges to look at or advise on wildlife!! I found a squirrel suffering from concussion and my local vet took it in to the practice hospital for a week for nursing back to health, called me back to collect it for release where I found it....no charge whatsoever, did the same with a rabbit some time ago. Don't know of a single vet in my town who would charge to care for and I'll or injured wild animal.
