The recent incident involving TONY STEWART in NASCAR proves that anger can kill you...sadly...over a game.

Racing is a business, yet, still a game..."I'm faster than you."
I'm deeply saddened by young WARDS death, however, after studying the videos shown, his anger got the best of him.

One man facing off several cars (caution was underway)...anger ruled his emotions...unfortunately.
My prayers and heart felt sympathy are sent to his FAMILY and friends.

Please, my young friends, don't throw your pad or phone while playing Dog Fight.
Set it down for a while. Don't HATE the opponent that upset you.
(I wear a blood pressure alarm...very interesting to see a person join and hear the beeps increase.)

Angry? Just relax. TAKE A BREAK! The games and personalities change constantly.
When you return ...you'll have new teammates and opponents.
And, best of all.....

.....A new attitude and feelings!

I would like to see people calm down a bunch and just enjoy the games. So much stress comes from people having expectations of how others should play. I invite, request, beseech, implore all to just take each game as a GAME and not get personally offended if someone has different ideas of what is fun in this game.

Please understand that there really are no objective rules and there will never be a resolution of what style of play is "correct" and the only real solution is within each of us and how we choose to react. There is no way to get others to all agree so why argue or blame? Just enjoy the game.

If you cannot figure out how to have fun while getting your butt kicked; be it by someone else's higher skills, lower standards, better tactics, overwhelming numbers, better equipment..., then maybe this is not a good playground for you.

Good topic, I certainly have got frustrated and angry with myself but in a game I always try to remember that pesky red MORAF killing my ass will be a blue next game.

I also find the cheater accusations funny.....

Good post. I try not to get angry, instead I like to keep things stupid, funny and downright silly. I get a lot of laughs with some of the posts people make here.

Which now brings me to the angry birds. Why are they so angry at pigs all the time? What are the underlying issues with them. Maybe RECKLESS can help us understand, after all he is a pig.

Well said, Paul. I often leave un-fun games. I played a Facebook game for several years that became an obligation, money pit, anything but fun. I love Dogfight because I never have to play. If I get angry to the point that I am not having fun, or I lack the skill to load my antagonizer full of lead pixels, I just quit the game. No harm no foul. I love Davey's approach too. He is a funny guy, probably too funny to be a mean old man!

For myself I can't get angry at all,
I need to relax so much I almost forget that I'm enjoying it.
Can't hit a thing when my adrenaline get up.
that's why I play 2 different games,
When I get mad at one, I go play the other!
