I've sent 3 e-mails to Zuperman about not being able to log into this game for over a month now, he has not replied to any of my e-mails.

I did, via the top right button. Did you do it in English or Spanish?
I gave all the required information (gamename, problem, game version and OS).

I have always got a quick answer from him when I have emailed him. Last time he got back to me within 2 hours.
I don't think it's a matter of English vs Spanish if you get an answer. I used my email and typed in the address, didn't use any button.

Well, all goes into the same inbox I suppose. E-mail is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. right? Or does he have another e-mail address?

Have emailed him several times over the last month as well. Nothing...

Maybe the ones from my e-mail-account went into the junk file?

They are in my "sent"-folder, so they have gone out.

Still got the same problem, maybe a microsoft problem? (Error loggin into server)

Number of pilots has grown a lot in the last year. This still beats some major dev corps that sent auto e-mails with auto responses that don't work on your problem half of the time.

the facebook just use the facebook button, as always, if you have the update it should work otherwise write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your account info

as for the other emails I reply as fast as I can, just getting flooded with useless emails and the important ones get delayed until i'm able to cut those

Some anti-virussoftware blocks icomming data, that is my problem, the only thing is i don't know which icomming traffic/data is ok and which isn't.

Most games with in-app purchases have a non-refund policy in their Terms Of Service, if you agree with the TOS, you agree with the no refund policy.
