But honestly, those team-traitors that never seem to get banner are a lose-lose situation. All anyone can really say is "sorry you had to spawn with them in blue."

As for Gena, I've played with him/her before, and he/she truly is a hopeless case. He dropped, snuck across the map, and was waiting when I respawned, outnumbered 5-1. A coward and loser at best. He's really a terrible pilot, so that's all he can do though...
