Okay. So I was flying around and there was no red anywhere around me. Outta no where there is this person shooting me, and he's on my team. I said stop, but he wouldnt. What's the best way to handle this? I don't want to shoot them back, because then I'll get banned. Any advice?

I just leave the game because they all just keep doing it. Or you could suffer a few deaths to wait until they are automatically banned.

Take screenshots, post them on the official blacklist thread on the forum.
Might just be a noob that does not know what he is doing, or he might be colour blind.

You could also change sides, and without words kindly show him your 'Angry Annie' side.
Mostly it turns out to be a jerk with little flying hours. (Check out his rank first)

I first give them a warning. If that don't work I'll take a 5 minute ban and shoot him down until he leave or I unwilling do. With luck some of your other team mates will help spread the love around

Take screen shots to back you up. Then blast the hell outta then after game go to black list thread and report
