But my razor is only halfway upgraded, and I've had some pretty unreal games in it. I like to thing I would have had those games with or , without it, but the simple truth is I probably wouldn't. In the razor, I was flying vs. wig, and matching him kill for kill, to the point where he started dropping. Without it, my k-d is usually probably 7-4ish, but with it, I'm usually 2.5-1 through 4-1. I'm a head-on specialist, and I kill a LOT in it.
So against anybody under level 27, it is an advantage. Against skilled head-on fighters like Davy and Max, not really
So if it is a killer for long range shot and it does not matter how it is upgraded : it is a little aim difficult to target and shot down, like the fokker E3 but may be not much more, and i have shot down D8s as well with my SE5 several times in long range shots.
The problem with SE5 is that it is 4 bars for manoeuvrability, and i dont know the size of the aim it is making for opponents.
If its alter ego in Dogfight the game is the Dr I : the Dr I has 5 bars for manoeuvrability, the SE5 5 bars for speed.
And speed is may be less important than manoeuvrability in fight...
I think Dr I is a good choice for those who cannot afford the price of the D8.
Its equivalent in allied planes are much more expansives.
