Dear Zuperman,

I know you're busy designing squad wars but there is a problem going on that you aren't paying any attention to. Due to the fact because its a small few its happening to. What am I talking about, if you may ask ? I'm talking about the glitch that some windows user have like ZebraUp. There planes maybe the top planes in the games but fly like tier 1 planes. You need to do some serious looking into this before you lose some of the games greatest flyers . Yes, there are many more but as a businessman I know that any loss in an uprising app is bad for business. We pilots love seeing every pilot flying to thier greatest ability because if they aren't how will we learn to be better than them. ZebraUp is a prime example. This man is a M.O.R.A.F with a squadron and is being forced to fly planes that does not fly like they should. Why should he or any other pilot have to deal with this small glitch. I believe in equality and if you'll fix a major problem for the many you should fix a small problem for the few. We need EVERYONE at tip top shape. How can a M.O.R.A.F stand up for himself when a wing commander can swoop in with an Aicro Dh. And shoot them down and outturn them. IT ISNT FAIR. Any pilot experiencing this problem should be helped and you are the only one that can do anything about it. This isn't happening to the noobs, this has happened to people who actually put in time, work, and dedication into this amazing game you created. Zuperman please do what's best for these few windows users. They don't deserve to be ignored because of the small request that nobody is requiring about. Well I am. Even though the glitch hasn't happened to me, I will stand up for those who have.

Seems as if I'm the only one who cares

In a year of watching, the glitches seem to work for one platform, then a different one, then another until they rotate back. While you are the dog at the bottom of the pile you have to grit your teeth. Windows was at the top of the pile in turn fighting for a good while, it will come back that way sooner or later.

It's not a glitch affecting an entire platform.. although I wish it was! I am just guessing, but I believe maybe 10% of Windows player have this glitch.. all my tier 5 planes fly & turn slower than tier 3 planes.. I can take a tier 2 plane down.. but it's close as far as turning speed if it's fully upgraded.

Myself and a few other laptop/pc players are experiencing it.. 3 from just my squadron including myself.

I just want my planes to turn and have the speed they should.. I can take care of getting to the top of the pile all by myself.
But when anyone in a tier 3 plane can out maneuver my fully upgraded Dr.1 AND SE5a then something ain't right, however zuperman himself told me "it's not at my end" essentially saying that just because neither him nor any of his friends that use laptops are experiencing it that it doesn't exist . Yet we ARE experiencing it.. and it includes not just slow planes.. but sometimes our controls not responding at all at times and us crashing! (which he spoke about in the announcement when he also revealed how sick he had been.)
Well evidently the problem from back then wasn't fully rectified since it is still affecting some of us.

Are your tier three planes likewise less capable or is it confined to the newer planes? Any similarities of Windows platforms for those so affected (all 8, all 8.1 etc)? If it isn't system wide there has to be a common thread, connection, graphics drivers, etc. If you have some guys in the squad try comparing system and internet provider info and look for common threads.

This non-existent glitch is now getting worse.. my controls stop responding at some point in almost every mission! I just crash into the ground with no response to my controls. Grrr!

I do seem to see the d8 sometimes seems to be abnormally brick like...but I only experience that occasionally (it also might just be that im a really bad turnfighter and noobs are just better than me)

not my device.. otherwise the planes flying slow & non-responsive controls would just be me right? but it's not.. others are experiencing this too.. some in my own squadron along with others in the game.

I was just the first to notice it.. and since I fly the way I do the lessening of my planes flight characteristics was IMMEDIATELY Noticed! and it's been more than a month now that my tier 5 planes can't take on a tier 3 plane.. barely able to outfly a tier 2 plane. Not to mention the controls sometimes just going all haywire.

I don't know I've tried the game on windows 8 and 8.1 PC and had no problems at all with the game but I also have all the high end stuff on the PC so idk.But I haven't had a problem with that. Your right it should be fixed but I would look like longrifle said at all common things first. If Zup has looked in to and said its not his end then it means its not his end!! So it may be your device etc.

I don't do much Turn Fighting, so I can't tell if my plane's Maneuverability has decreased or not. But I can say that sometimes my controls freeze and then I crash in ground or Reds kill me and when I spawn again on my base, my controls are fine. And I experienced this controls freezing problem in almost 60% of games I played recently.

I've read this. ZebraUp has emailed me about this... 10 times? Then posted on the forum... again 10 times?
I mean, I've got it. I'm not blind.

Please stop posting threads with "zuperman read this" or anything similar when you guys have contacted me by email multiple times about the same topic. I've replied privately, i'm trying my best and I've explained I'm not able to reproduce it so it's very hard for me to fix something that never happens to me or any of us who test it. Still, we don't give up, we just hope to find it happen once so we can finally fix it.

Now please, read this and stop repeating the same thread over and over and over, it just delays to everyone who I'm trying to help. Trust me, after 1 thread I already took notice of the issue. After 1 email I did too... and after 20 emails about the same subject I begin to think you just like to write to me and maybe got a crush

I had that exact same glitch at one point in a game. I think I was getting shot down and given no option screen to either jump, retry, etc. Just hang on for the ride until you crash. Question: Do the controls regain effectiveness after you respawn? Just wondering. Oh by the way I am also a windows user.

My beloved Spad couldn't hold it's own today in a dogfight with a friggin Eindecker E.III freebie plane!

Would it be possible to let someone still having this problem get a temporary new account just for a test, with enough coin to buy a good plane. Then test to see how it flies? To find out if it's completely an account bug. If that works fine can they make new accounts and have their stats and planes moved to that new one?

When I had this bug my speed was fine but it maneuvered like I had only base non upgraded bars in maneuvering. I'm lucky in that mine went away in one of the updates a couple of weeks back. Could the game have set the sensitivity low? Even though a normal PC does not have a sensitivity setting. This might explain it perhaps?

I have no idea about stuff like this I'm just spit balling and hoping to get lucky

PS: I do have a crush on Zuperman, but It's not like I watch him sleep... I swear it...
