my internet and windows store wast working and it told me to check the proxy because the firewall might be blocking it.. so I turned proxy of and it works. What does the proxy do ?

I had all kinds of windows 8.1 issues. How did you get to that screen? That may be what went wrong with my other windows account. I had to open a new windows account, download the game and log in that way. My original account still doesn't work. Crazy ole windows 8.1

go down to the bottom right corner and hit "change pc settings" then hit "Network" then you will see proxy
