In an honourable game is it not just as bad ,to deliberately crash just because you have run out of ammo , than to sneak? Debate.

Go ahead and crash, i think literally NOBODY cares.

Good question Pagan avenger! and if and when I run out of ammo depending how close I am to the enemy base I will crash.. Why give the enemy a free kill when you cant fight back either way its a death on your part unless you turn around to go reload but the odds of that are slim if your in a good game with good pilots..

If I'm out of ammo i try to tie up reds by avoiding them. They don't know you are out.

I guess the answer to your question hinges on what is your definition of an "honourable game"??

If the sides are approximately even why is it even considered "bad" to sneak? Who says that it is???

The reason I ask is a matter of honour and morals. The other day in a particularly hectic defensive battle I noticed a red break away and head back to his base and I guessed he was out of ammo. I started to chase him firing at him almost the whole flight back , but due to his astonishing skill in avoiding my bullets he made it back and landed .I flew over him ,turned and came back down the runway , only just off the ground .i could have shot him easily ,just sat there reloading. But I did not I just flew over his head out of respect and in recognition of the fact that he had not taken the "easy" way out and crashed.
Then yesterday in a equally balanced defend the zep. game somebody announced that they were out of ammo and were going to crash ,obviously to avoid the time taken for the flight back to his base.
A lot of people on here are very vocal about what they think about sneakers ( personally I hate the derogatory way they use this word ) almost implying it is cheating , but is not deliberately crashing to gain an advantage the same thing.
I suppose it is all about how you see this game, is it about honour, respect and doing the right thing in regards to your fellow pilots or just another game and winning by any means is all that matters.

I personally just try to keep the Reds busy if im out of ammo, i dont leave or crash. I figure by using my plane as a target i can keep them busy for as long as i can to help my team by spreading them out. I believe you can still do a lot to help ur team if ur out of ammo.
