Hi there!

Big update! Dogfight 4.4.53 includes four new airplanes, including the airplane that will be given to the winners of the marketing campaign for free!

The airplanes are:
Fokker D.VII
Fokker D.VIII
Sopwith Tripehound
Sopwith Camel

It also has a major redesign of the Fokker Dr.1.

On top of this, now if you hit the paint bucket you can change the colors of your airplane. You have over 50 different colors to choose from. The zebra is back, only available for MORAFs

Lastly, all language files have been revisited. I also added Russian, Chinese and Korean to the list of languages.

IMPORTANT: The new four airplanes stats are not correct and they are not enabled until the update goes through all platforms. This means that you should give it a week until Apple decides to approve it. Meanwhile you will see the planes but you cannot purchase neither see their correct stats. This is simply because the game cannot allow to pick planes that other platforms won't see. So... we just need to wait until Apple releases the update and it will be automatically enabled for everyone.

Hey zuperman, I still have 4.4.52 & just noticed that in the paint jobs for the Sopwith Camel F.1 is a Lafayette Escuadrille & of course it's not a Lafayette paint job either...

Looking at a movie poster I think Escuadrilla is the spelling in Spanish? but I believe in French & English it's 'Escadrille'

why cant I download the new app. and the game keeps telling to upgrade, and it wont download the game so I can play, nor will down load the new app.

Just did the latest Android update, everything works great but just want to let you know that the fonts seem to have grown on all the buttons ("Settings", "Multiplayer", etc.). The in-game scoreboard letters are just big enough that the player names don't fit without overlapping. Not a big deal but maybe something you'll want to fix later

yep something got messed up when changing the fonts to support multiple languages. I believe I managed to fix it, try to get the update from today.

I got today's update but I'm afraid it didn't fix it. The new in-game chat font looks great but it's a little too big, and the scoreboard font seems to be the same. Sorry

i have had a chance to play with the windows 8.1 version for about 2 days and think it's just fine! all the new skins for the planes are very cool and it will be interesting to see some of the new planes in the air. this is a wonderful game and i recommend it to most everyone i see. thanks for the new update, i am enjoying it!

I had to change all the fonts of the game to make it available to non-latin languages: chinese, russian, japanese and so on.

If you see issues let me know since it was very tedious to check every single language and I'm sure i forgot something.

As for the last update, it's only pushed to Google Play. Amazon got an update yesterday but it has the issues with the fonts. Microsoft Phone and Windows 8.1 are "in review". Apple is also "in review".

From previous experiences I expect the release to be out today for Google Play, Amazon, Windows Phone and Windows 8.1. Apple is the only one that has a schedule that is more like a lottery ticket.

Ah zup when I updated I lost all my paint jobs. Not a big deal just letting you know. I will just repaint them I'm.on.android. and when will everyone get the update. I want those sweet planes?

Just got the update for windows 8 phone but now my game closes by itself while I'm in game which is frustrating because I lose the XP,points and kills I got before it crashes/ closes. I'm on Nokia Lumia 521 which is up to date it has the black Lumia update on it so I knows its not my phone out of date.

How close is apple to getting the update?

ZUP the windows phone update is doing the same with chat font in game it overlaps the top! Just thought I would let you know other then that and the app crashing/ closing it looks good

Nope, your software is not outdate but your phone is a very low end phone. The 520 is the minimum supported phone because it has so little memory that anything (a new airplane, changing graphics, etc...) can make it run out of ram and crash.
