Ok guys. Me and whip have thought about it. And I think its time we have an Employee of the Month since we now have a full staff. We have a few simple rules for being Employee of the Month.

1. To get Employee of the Month, you have to be active, a hard worker, Make quality banners, and most importantly have fun.

2. Whip and I can not be employee of the Month simce we are the owners of the factory.

3. The max uou can win Employee of the Month is 2 months in a row. This is so its fair for everyone.

4. If 2 or more employees tie in productivity, then both are eligible for Employee of the Month.

5. And clock in on time.
(PS Whip and I will be moving the Punch In clock around at random, just to make it interesting lol)
