Jackson, I'm pretty much on your side when it comes to allowable in game tactics, but man, Gen are you gonna give the thread locking a break? You lock one up, and then it blows up twice as badly as it ever was going to. My advice, take it for what it's worth, next time you are tempted to shut down a conversation, unless it's absolutely freaking vile, give it half a day of thought or something. Go fishing and see if another mod locks it up instead. Do anything, but don't just rush to judgement. It's totally blowing your credibility, if it hasn't already. Every time you do this, you are just pouring gasoline on the fire. It doesn't help.

If we're gonna be stuck with you, and you're gonna have the power to do these things, we're gonna have to make you into a better mod. Sorry if that offends you, but if we can't beat you, then maybe we can keep you from burning the place down. Keep in mind, several of us (as I've said before) actually have a hell of a lot more time and effort tied up in this forum than you do. We truly want what's best for the place. Have the good sense to listen to what some of these long term members are telling you. (And no, I'm not talking about me). A wise man is able to know when he is getting good advice, and is smart enough to take it.

Unfortunately, making war is my specialty. But, I'm not trying to do that here. Our mod Mr Jackson has a bit of an addiction when it comes to locking these threads. Read his banner... He's proud of it. The problem is, it ALWAYS makes things worse. I've wanted to say what I just said for a while now, but couldn't find the words to respectfully do so. Hopefully I managed to this time.

As far as my banner saying thread locker, it was given to me as a joke. I'm not proud of having to lock threads but I Wil continue to do so if needs be. The only reason the thread locking or improper content deleting turns into a war is because some users don't know howto ttake a mods decision for what it is. They have to drag it into the mud..just move on and be content with the reasons given.

I propose we find a mod with better grammatical skills. Just throwing that out there, that the greatest companion of an intelligent man if his literacy. I have a great deal more respect for Wigbomb due to the fact that his posts are so well-phrased. Jack, on the other hand, hasn't even been starting posts with capital letters.

That's just it jack you never give a reason you just lock it delete it and that's it. Your way or no way...
