Post them on the Blacklist.

If it happens in game you can report the player during the game by going to the list of players (top of the screen to the right of the chat box. If you click on the offending players name it will open a box where you can report the players actions. Be specific about what happened. I would follow that up after the game in the official black list thread. Once again be specific and make sure you get the players name right including spaces, numbers and characters. It's the only way the mods can investigate and make sure they are punishing the right people. If you can take screen shots to back up your claims. If the vulgarity is especially bad don't post them but pm them to a mod instead. Also include the names of any other players that may be able to back your claim up. Hope this helps.
