So this is not a gripe or anything, but my radar has been working differently. I actually think its a little more realistic, but I am not seeing any enemy planes(or blue for that matter) until I am a lot closer than I used to see them. I took some screen shots and will hopefully get the on here soon.

But, what did help is that blue was keeping red tied up at their base so you can judge it that way. We were north, they were south and no planes would show up till I was over the valley right before that one hill that most of us will camp our tanks on to take out hangars(figure that's the best way to explain it :) ).

So let me clarify, I am not griping, but find it interesting. I was not flying high either.

I never thought about it till this was happening, but maybe this is the way to help "level" the playing field between the devices. Seems that most of the critique comes from win8 users shooting long distances. I don't want to start another debate on it, but figured I would throw that out there for consideration.

Here is the pic. I took it just as soon as I saw the planes on the screen. I was gaining altitude, if it is a question of whether or not I was coming down from up high.
