Hey Zippy, i do not know the facts as i always had good games with you but i do not play as much as some dogfight fellows.
I like your name, and with the 2 or 3 words of english i know, i want to create one (it s certainly already exists !) : in the last game we had together, you "Zippyed" me so much time, but it was fun and thank you for that. No apologies needed, we are all friends here.

I trust more in the actions of Zuperman, and what they imply of you, than I do in your words. Even in your Sincere Apology, you position what you did in a way that would not deserve a perma-ban. What are you leaving out? In other posts, starting early on, you claim innocence, then amp up a bit to admit minor fault but not bannable, and now you finish with a characterization that is still well short of the mark.

If the BB's ever come to your defense, then maybe I'll start listening. But the BB's and Z/mods are certainly allowed some silence here, especially in cases of harassment. I have always asked for transparency of moderator actions, but we are not always entitled to know the details, for the sake of those involved.

Again, unless Z reverses this action, or the BB's support you, I am assuming you are shorting us of the real stuff and am NOT swayed. Take it up with Z, not with us.

How do I know? Personal judgment. Something I exercise based on what is presented. And not presented. Back when Richyroo got perma-banned, there was a lot that Zup and the mods could not and did not share with the forum. I go by observation, measurement, and some faith that the same has occurred here. I go by the initial claims of innocence that slowly adjusted to admissions as penalties became apparent.

"What'd ya steal?" --"Nothing."
"Really, there's money missing from my wallet." --"Really? Ok I stole a quarter."
"I don't have coins in my wallet." --"Yeah yeah, I took a dollar. Big deal."
"I had some tens in there." --"Alright I took a ten because I needed to buy lunch. So sue me."

In my judgment, we're not done yet. You clearly disagree, and that's your right. My rights are to my own conclusions. And I don't buy for a minute what you are selling.

As Dave said, quit poking the poo, and give it some time. I, for one, will be less resistant after not hearing empty claims of innocence for a few days or weeks.

Your actions and words have caught up to you after many people tried to advise you that the path you chose could and would lead to this end.

You state that you apologized to the Misfits, yet fail to mention the riot you and daveman incited on the world chat over an issue that had nothing to do with you. You failed to mention that you stated on world chat "I hate bzerkbzerk with a passion" and not once made amends for those comments.

I have no idea what led to this latest decision, but clearly am not surprised. Again the advice that is given here is being ignored. You are not that innocent and have a lot to learn about your self as well as others around you here and in your real life.
