Here's something I'd like to hear back.from the community on just to satisfy my own curiosity. Are you more successful when you fly without your squadmates i.e. the lone wolf or are you better when one or two of your squadmates is on your team? Personally, I've played so many fighter pilot games, most of which i only had ai wingmen or no wingmen at all that i got used to flying heavily outnumbered and alone. Dogfight is the only game i have ever found that has organized squads, and in my experience I've found that my best games happen when my squad isnt there to see it. My kdr per match is lower when i do fly with my squad and some of the things I'm known for doing just dont succeed when my squad is there to witness it. As an example, yesterday i played 3 matches. In the first 2 matches i racked up an impressive total of 16 hits with my tank against ground targets (hangars and a series of crushing hitson a carrier), and in the third match i hit a hangar and scored two back to back tank v tank kills before being forced to quit when a glitch rendered my controls unusable. My squadmates weren't in any of those matches. Had they been, i likely wouldnt have been so successful. So i ask you, the df community: are you better as a lone wolf, or does your squad make you more dangerous?

I always do better with my squad at my side. because they push me to do better during the missions.

It's tough to stand out when you have a couple more MOMs on your side

I do better alone but enjoy the match more with squad mates in game, even if their red.... ..... Steal my biscuit.....

I love playing with my wife on my side:) i hardly see the rest of my squad mates:)

It's a game changer, when your Squad mates show up( if they are any good ). It happened to me the other night. Me against 5, I had 1 hangar left, they had 8. Didn't look good, Monster Cannon, and Tank Plissken showed up Blue. The rest is history. 3 runs across the field. All the reds left. Done deal. Could I have done that alone? It's always more fun to fly with friends, from my squad or not.

I could not tell you I have no squad mates so I don't know I've never flown with other kamikazies

I actually do better when they are on the other team due to friendly competition...

But, I prefer them on my team so we can cream noobs together

I find that I have less kills myself, but the team does better because of our combined effort and squad tactics. I don't remember ever losing a match when there were 2 other Wraiths with me.
With that said, my best scores have been alone.

Overall, I enjoy the game more with squad mates but once in a while I value going it alone
