I didn't know either so I Googled it.. cyborgs in the Dr.Who series.
Within the program narrative, Daleks are cyborgs created by the scientist Davros during the final years of a thousand-year war against the Thals. He genetically modified a race of extraterrestrials from the planet Skaro, known as the Kaleds, and integrated them with a tank-like, robotic, mechanical shell. His final modification was to remove their ability to feel pity, compassion, or remorse. The Daleks soon came to view themselves as the supreme race in the universe and began a conquest of universal domination and extermination.
The only emotion they still feel is hate.

Their defeat was a plot point in several episodes.

They are popularly known for their catchphrase "Exterminate!" and it's a well-recognized reference in British popular culture.

Ah! Glad you asked Bell:

A Dalek is a mechanical hostile alien cyborgs from the 2-bit public television series "Doctor Who", which ran from 1963 - 1989, and was brought back somewhere around 2k something, and for some reason they recently made a movie
The original series was very cheesy, an insult to the ears, and drove me crazy as my older brother watched in religiously.
Our friend Godsmack here probably thinks its new. Bell, he really needs a friend - would you make him a banner that captures his level of maturity and intellect? PLEASE?

When the Germans saw the British had tanks in WW1, did they complain to them and call them noobs?

Your stupidity and assininity astounds me. I use something with a 3 1/2 screen. Does that mean i complain like a bitch about it? No, I rise above and perform to my forte.

Someone will always have a worse situation than you, there are more things to worry about. Rise above and shut the hell up.

Perhaps my response is too harsh, but I can't stand for something as stupid as this.

Usually I'd think you were being too harsh but not in G of G' s case. His silly posts would not bother me except for the fact that he is also a repeated team killer and doesn't mind ruining games. I looking forward to his permenant ban.

Since the GoG likes all the attention he is getting here. And you just know he does, I hope he will stick around in a game some so we can give him direct attention. Let's play!

Anyone know if this game will run on a Commodore 64? I already smoked GofG on my broken HTC Raider with the shattered screen and it was too easy. I don't have anything worse than that to level the playing field for him :(

I think gog that you know nothing of playing with a tablet. I have a tablet and a phone and iPod I play with and I will tell you thatch tablet is actually harder to play with because it easily aims downward. What makes you think that it is easier sure you might be able to aim a tiny bit easier but you are less maneuverable so it is no way easier

No go - frigging Atari joysticks are busted, I guess 30 years in the attic didn't do anything to improve their condition. I still have a working paddle though, and let me tell you the tennis action is bitchin' hot tonight!

As man, I used to have replacement parts for the Atari joy sticks! The inside of the stick was made of white plastic and would easily break after too much adrenaline and jolt cola. At one point I was playing without the stick and just pressing the contacts. :silly:

I use an emulator on my PC< but you can get emulators now for Ouya and other platform with proper joystick and controllers. Worth it for some of the nostalgia, Pitfall, Hero, Gauntlet and for those looking for a tank on tank battle COMBAT!

Okay, nobody else has said it so I will:

Gods, just how DOES "WE ARE THE DALEKS! YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED!" work as a pickup line on the girls? I have to be honest here, I can't see a guy who's vocabulary is limited to such foolishness having much luck with the ladies. Do you have a favorite Dr. Who t-shirt that you call your "lucky shirt" that you wear clubbing? Because something like that will only attract other male nerds. I mean it.......oh boy......I think I just figured something out.

I should go.
