If you want to see/imagine what this game we all love is likely to be evolving into read: "Dogfight" it's a short story written by William Gibson & Michael Swanwick.. Pure Awesomeness! (btw, William Gibson is the guy that wrote Johnny Mnemonic along with a lot of other great stuff)

Its hard to hold my attention long enough to read a short story but I did it, mommy I did it! Mrs Pork had to help me with some of the bigger words, but I made it to the end.
I can see the future of this this game as depicted in that story becoming reality, its only a matter of time. And of course Blue Max would still be kicking ass just like it says lol!

William Gibson was the primary author of the story & also the same guy who wrote the story Johnny Mnemonic that was made into a movie starring Keanu Reeves as well as some other stories/novels turned into movies. He is known as the prophet of the CyberPunk genre.. and I have enjoyed reading almost all his books. Almost everything he has written is a great read!
