He is a full blown idiot. Too bad the prosecutors on his murder trial were morons. Prison is going to be a scary place for him, and he won't have the class A representation this time...

Zimmerman may not be a brain surgeon, but neither am I, however that Martin kid was nothing more than a thug. It wasn't Zimmerman who screwed up as much as the prosecution, they blew it by going after the wrong charges. They could have been successful with lesser charges which would had been more appropriate considering Martin was a thug.

Their was allot of proof that Zimmerman did those things in that house and his ex wife said he is very tempered and a dangerous man but the law has put restrictions on Zimmerman he messed up big time

I'll agree with you Davy about Martin being a thug. But, I'll also add that Zimmerman is obviously a nut case too. The prosecution tried to play the "lets all get the mean old racist that hunted down the little innocent black kid" garbage, rather than sticking to the facts. Even worse, if they hadn't rushed to charge him with murder so quickly, they could have had years to build a case that would actually stick. But, in order to appease the race pimps, they screwed themselves out of any possible chance for real justice to be carried out, and the truth to actually be exposed. I have no idea if Zimmerman actually was guilty or not, and now, most likely, I never will.

But, it definitely looks like ol' Georgie is gonna screw around and find himself a way to get into prison. As screwed up as he is showing himself to be, he probably belongs there too. But, I have no idea how they will keep him alive in there.... Oh well, knowing that alone should have been enough for him to stay out of trouble.

I see Jack I see I'm ready to move on about Zimmerman I mean he wouldn't have been in so much trouble if he hadn't dos anything wrong he was supposingly been arrested after he disobeyed the police when they told him not to follow him but the real deal is that he has been lying on the phone not only once but twice he even lied to the police about his girlfriend assaulted him but he is the one who threatened his ex wife he is the one who pointed a gun at his girlfriend's face he is the one that had been lying on the phone it all makes since I'm on neither side if anyone thinks I am I'm just been thinking about all that because he been lying on the phone and when his girlfriend called they said Zimmerman had gave us lies so I am saying I don't think the boy had to die that day none deserves to die except on df but he didn't have no business killing him or giving threats to other people besides his girlfriend is a total nut job for going out with him anyway

Zimmerman should have stayed in his car. The world can agree on that, but what is done is done. His trial for Martin's death was pure politics (doctored 911 recordings resulting in a fired NBC producer, 12 year old Martin picture, 5 year old Zimmerman mugshot, refusal to air pictures of Zimmerman with injuries by the media, etc...). I have fought with plenty of teenagers, and they are strong and fast. If one of them was on top of me hitting my head into concrete, I would not hesitate to shoot. And when you shoot, you shoot to stop the threat not to wound. The easiest way to stop the threat is to stop the heart or destroy the brain. If anyone thinks having your head bashed against concrete is not deadly force, then ask someone to assist you with some research (pay your lie insurance first though ). Zimmerman is now reaping the benefit of choosing to pursue Martin. Whatever person Zimmerman was before that incident, he came out mentally, spiritually, and financially broken. His celebrity waned and he was left unemployable. Honestly, what business would want to be associated with him.

When you read these articles, understand the difference between probable cause (the minimum standard for arrest) and beyond a reasonable doubt (the standard for conviction). Also, most states have mandatory arrests for domestic violence. In other words, the law comes to you, one of you goes with the law. It is not uncommon for a DA to drop this kind of case since it becomes "he said/ she said." A DA will not take a loser case to trial absent political pressure. I predict Zimmerman will plead out to the property damage and walk free on the aggravated assault (how can it be proved absent a witness or injuries to the victim). Just a humble opinion from your friendly LAWMAN.

I pissed off a lot of people off by arguing for Zimmerman when all of this was big news, because I have been in a few knock down drag outs in my life, and as you stated, if my head is being bashed into the pavement, I'm shooting him too.

I'm starting to see rumblings that his new girlfriend was a DOJ plant... That's gonna be an interesting turn of events if that proves to have any merit.

I will say though that my gut has told me since the beginning that Zimmerman wasn't at all being completely truthful. Because of the massive overreaction , we'll never know now.

I'm gonna warn you that I'm a big time constitutionalist, but that applies to all of it, not just search and seizure etc. I'm republican/libertarian in philosophy, but not a Paulbot either. If you can put up with an occasional burst of that though, come see us. Most of the time we pretend to be 3rd world arms smugglers and such, but it's night good fun.
Btw, where are you at in TX? A friend of mine who was a detective in Garland just retired. He is also a big time officer advocate type, and I think that's gonna be his next pursuit in life. I wonder how small the world is?

I am in Denton just north of Dallas. I know a few Garland officer. Let him know they still have a reputation for putting the whooping on people. That will make him smile. We located a robbery suspect in Garland and used their SWAT guys to extract him a couple of years back. He was hard to recognize in the mugshot. I guess he thought they were kidding when they broke down his door, tossed in the flashbangs, and the guys in the ninja suits stormed in. I bet he will listen if there is ever a next time. lol

Zimmerman was guilty of being a JERK not murder, as the so-called kid was big and strong and I believe that if Zimmerman had not pulled that trigger then Zimmerman might have not survived.

Zimmerman was a wanna be cop that's for sure, block patrol went to his head yes, but downright murder NO.
