Hey guys it's me ,Legless_Killer, I'm 16 and I've owned this game for about a year and I love it!! Great game when things get tough!
Anyways, I just wanted to say ,I'm a pretty good pilot, I respect all who respect me, and most of all, I love to have fun, if u know what I mean:)!! I believe humor plays a big role in this game!! I've always looked up to the M.O.M., even though I've shot some of them down;) With this being said, I hope to be a M.O.M one day!!!!

I don't believe we've ever exchanged bullets. Nice to meet you! Not sure who the youngest MOM is. Regardless, MOMdom appears to be about 10% actual old and 95% feeling old, and maybe 65% combination camaraderie, ornery, buffoonery, and cross-dressery. (I know that doesn't add up. It's not supposed to.) (Somebody check those percentages, but that's straight out of Wikipedia and Home & Garden.) Anyway, they are terrif... I mean, some of them are my best fr... err, they would be a FINE association!

So what makes legless tick, what sports do you like, and what's your favorite dessert? I am squadless, have a night job at the Jolly Roger, and hang with anyone who will keep the tip jar flush.

Well use to be big into swimming and working out, but it all changed once school started up again.( although I still work out...) I work odd jobs, mainly for a couple of my neighbors. Hope to get a more temporary job soon though.. big into academics and engineering. Actually , I hope to be a mechanical engineer , but I'm also considering joining the military....sigh, I have a lot on my plate. Soooo, this is where dogfight comes into play!!

That sounds like a nice balance of interests. I was an engineer way back when, then took a break to go to grad school but according to my engineer friends I went to the Dark Side by getting a business degree.

If you are interested in getting more exposure to engineering, I've seen some companies that hire interns, particularly in product verification testing, because it ramps up and down depending on when new product designs are heading to market. Some of them even time their testing for holidays, because they know there's a nice pool of folks who want some exposure to product development. It's not design, but it's not a bad stepping stone to eventually getting internshipsnin design. Besides, some people are just born testers!

Welcome to the forum and thanks for the interest in the greatness that is M.O.M.

I'm a fellow son of lawman myself. Daddy was chief of police in the little town where I grew up. Trust me... I know the woes of being the cop's son. Hang tough.

I now work in an engineering field, but like Manny I am also one of those evil business majors. Engineering is a great and vast field. I work in the pharmaceutical industry mostly and it's as close to recession proof as anything out there. Folks always need their meds, ask Dent about that too. I think Manny gave you good advise regarding interning, but if you have Pharma anywhere close to you, I'd check in internships in that field also.

Military isn't an awful option either. I spent 7 years in the navy and finshed my bachelor's degree before I got out. The experience I picked up there put me in the career I have now.

Wearing dresses is absolutely fine too. I also learned about that in the navy. It's practically prison with a chance of drowning. M.O.M is way better! Plus the sheep! And cake... And sheep!
