There are other squads, some big some small. Some have lots of action on the forum, others are a bit quiet on the forum. Depends on what you are after in a squad. Some have strict rules, others are just a group of people with the same tag. Do you want to rule a squad or just be a member? Some larger squads might not have open leadership positions (some squads can have internal politics which I cant be bothered with).

Dont forget some just like to have fun. there are alot of squads now days. Unlike when i started there were like 6 or 7. Now its more like 12. (Im just guessing) Anyways just talk to the squad members and figure out whats right for you.

There are squads who just love to camp and spawn kill, and some who fly with dignity and respect, some fly both ways. And one just loves to Circus fly while haven fun. Lol choose wisely!

Maybe you don't need a squad. Just check into the Jolly Roger if you have something to say. With no squad you can use a different banner with every post.

FrowNDupon will take you any day of the week, you need only request to join. I've played with you a few times and you are just the type of player I'm looking for.
I started the squad with leftover credits from buying a plane, and didn't do much with it at the time. Now I'm ready to build it up and want players who are willing to work together, fly in formation when possible, and execute some simple plays and strategies that really worked well with the guys I accepted early on, the only problem being they really dragged their feet getting to level 8 and then barely played at all. I had to clear out the squad and start over, hoping to find the right players to bring in this time around.
I'm in no hurry to fill it with just anyone, and certainly am not the type to bark orders or play boss man, so if you'd like to join up and share experience, maybe learn some tricks, and help find the right players - you're as good as in.
My very first multiplayer game on the upper server had you in it Legless - and red at that - so you actually schooled me in the beginning lol! Maybe there's a thing or two I can teach you in return

The same can be said for a lot of players I've come to recognize in the time I've been playing, so if anyone is squad less and wants to change that - please request to join. My in-game name is Reck!ess
