Hi there,
The update is out on windows 8 and windows phone 8. It seems 4.4.41 finally fixed the ghosting problem. I haven't seen anyone ghosting that has downloaded this version.
What this means is, that i'll give it a few more hours to propagate through all microsoft servers worldwide and i'll enforce the upgrade sometime tomorrow.
