A few years back D.C. Had the mayor busted on tape, smoking crack. He went to jail, got out, ran for Mayor, and got elected again. WHAT? That's was the CRAZIEST thing I had heard in a long time.

Well they even have this guy on tape going on a vulgar rant claiming he will kill someone and tear his eyes out and make sure he is dead since he is a bad mofo.
