It's is easier to do this when you don't have a bomb and you have an agile aircraft. All you have to do is pull almost straight up, then cut your engine. When you start falling back down, keep pulling up and you will fly backwards, I would show it to you guys, but my screen recorder is messing up.

its fun to do, and I intent on using it for hard landings. Also, this isn't diving backwards, you will pull up and fly backwards parallel to the ground, no in a dive.

This flight is only sustainable for a few seconds, and you will stall and dive, but then turn your engine back on.
