Instead of a ban, why don't we dedicate a scumbag server? Three offenses and off you go to SOB land. Imagine that? Of course, any of us can go in the Dirtbag Server to slap them around every now and then, but make it so that unless they want to be go on forums and be reformed citizens, it would be impossible to come on our servers.
