Fresh mission start. BTB. Misfit mate Spectre and I fight our way North, killing the entire enemy team twice.

I destroy three hangars, grab a kill on my way out, and head south back home as I asess the situation.

Im checking my radar: no friendly assets left to protect. No imminent threats.

I confirm with a visual six-check AFTER checking the roster. All reds accounted for and just getting airborn, getting out of range.

Yup, looks like smooth sailing to grab another bomb at base back home.

Respawn. Mid-map, I see Spectre and xiaoyu engaged. Or are they? Xiaoyu is looping off-axis from any shot on me, firing almost continuously. He appears to be chasing and firing at something that does not exist, while spectre is firing away at him and then....

He must be the highest ranked phantom. Of course, it's possible he got many kills before on a different device.

I have no doubt this will be fixed as soon as possible.

Im sure the pleasure of playing the game outweighs the occasional frustration that come with it.

Yeah, I was seeing some of that today too. Annoying as hell.

Yesterday in one zep game there was only two players. Me and some dude I can not remember. Anyway that guy was flying weird and didn't even try to shoot me in head on. When I shot him he said he can not see me. I asked do you have windows. Yes he said.

Im using android. I finished the game by shooting the zep. Didn't really mind hunting the guy who can not see me. Even tough he tried to shoot me by aiming my tracers. He could see where my tracers came from. I was today in game with xiaoyu and xiaoyu was surprisingly easy target. Might not see me very well...

They will be deer in the head lights IF this is ever fixed. I would bet they leave the game. It will be a rude awakening. Zero kills and 50 deaths a game. A big fat negative kill/death ratio. I can't wait.

He's already well on his way, Max. The rankings and stats have often baffled me anyway, but for the life of me I can't figure out how he's even at the rank he is. Compare his stats to those of the same rank... Maybe WTG or Whippy can help me noodle this one out. It's beyond my math skills. You're right though, when the W8ers (get it? W8 --- wait... As in you just wait) do become equalized, they'll be noobs all over again.

Crazy. I thought the same thing when I saw. After I saw his rank I looked him up to see how many kills he had. I was surprised. Either the new points system is very kind or he has seen a massive amount of zep games. He will make top 100 soon. Super rediculous it hasn't been fixed yet.

I've been saying this since day one...it's going to be a rude awakening when all of a sudden he finds himself in the middle of a real fight. Phantoming MORAFs 5-10 in a row is why hes gained so many points. Oh how those MORAFs are going to have a field day. Zup ought to erase atleast 50 kills from all in top 100..I have atleast that many phantomed deaths

Ran into Phantom X earlier in a BTC. I had left the game that I previously spawned into because he was in that one. He spawned right after I dropped a bomb on the boat. I'm sure he couldn't see me yet because he'd only been in game a second or two. I let him get up and make a turn and shot him down. No evasive moves. Twice more after that and he left. At no point did he seem to be trying to protect himself. I'm sure I never registered on his screen.

It sucks because I know it's not his fault, but as somebody else said, it's not fair to everyone else either. I hate to take a hard line against the guys, but they'll be my first red target every time I come across one.
