I hope this doesnt offend anyone that im making a thread like this, but this month has his some good pilots that belong to df and id like to state my concern for all of them. I have even changed my name to one of my past names for cancer |111th| tMemorial.

First is JD. Im sure most has heard his story now about his racing accident. He is still in my prayers because he hasnt made a full recovery yet. To my knowledge, He is still blind and can not speak because of the brain swelling.

Second up is sonic, from the misfits. Her sister came to the misfits thread and told us that she found her sister sonic passed out cold with atemperature. Sonic was complaining about not feeling well while in df a few hoirs before this happened. She was sent to the hospital and havent heard back about what's going on, if sonic is even ok.

Thirdly is Oneball, i didnt even know anything was wronh with oneball till a few hoirs ago when i flew with his son in df. He said that his dad had a bad stroke and that its too soon to tell if there is any damage has been done. Also. I didnt know that oneball has cancer. So he definitely is having it hard right now.

Id also like to add a personal person to this group and yall can too if u like.
I met My great aunt for the first time in my life while i was at the beach. Saddly i also found out that she has cancer. She is taking kemo for it and it is 2/3s gone but the doctores said that they dont know if it will come back or not. She is really worried about it and has asked me to pray for her. Well i can do better than that. I can let my friends from across the world pray for her with me. Her sister died from cancer back in '92 and she is scared she will suffer the same fate. She is a strong woman and i think she can pull through this. But not without Gods help.

So far thats all the people i know on df that need prayers the most. Again, i hope adding a religious thread doesnt cause problems, but i feel these stories need to be heard by everyone. Thank u for ur time to read this and feel free to add anyone that u know, df or personal, doesnt matter

I felt they were too simple. Was tired of people getting sick in my plane and the boat.
Lesson learned....

They work for CHEMO patients and soon-to-be M.O.Ms that suffer from morning sickness. Not to mention after drinking MANFRED'S coffee. They work on accupressure points. No drugs.

Dear Mr Kestrel, it would be my pleasure to pray for your great aunt, One Ball, and anyone else that gets posted on this section of the forum. As for someone getting upset over a section labeled prayer list, why are they in here? If you would be offended why click in? I say good for you sir. You have my full support. I can't speak for all Misfits, but I'm sure you will hear from most if not all of them. AMEN

I just want to say....I'm praying for all on the list as well....If anyone wants a specific prayer prayed for others to stand in agreement just say it....if not....we can individually pray in private too...there is a time for "2 or 3 gathered"....and for "pray in secret and will be rewarded openly".

I would also like to offer to anyone that finds this thread to be offensive the opportunity to bring your concerns to the Jolly Roger. That way, this thread can remain cheerful, positive, and productive for those who find themselves in a time of crisis.

I wrote this in another thread recently, but I feel this thread is a good place to put it.

I'll ask you to keep our "family" and their loved ones
out off harms way, to stay, or get healthy, both physically and mentally.
I know it's not a small thing to ask especially when it comes to the loonies,
but I really feel that we already have had ouf fair share of sorrows and griefs.

Kes, worried, you shouldn't have been. Sharing your support for those that are suffering within this community is honorable and noble. Religion comes in many forms and many ways. You showed that you care enough to give of yourself which is exactly what is needed more of these days. It is nice to see that people care no matter their belief or background.

Sorry I've been quiet about my Dad. It looks as if our prayers have been answered!

The tumor was removed today. Dad is absolutely fine. We are hoping to just put this behind us and move on.

Thank you so much for praying with me! This wouldn't have been possible without you guys.


I will still be praying for JD, Sonic, Oneball, and Kestrel's Aunt. This isn't over yet.

This just in. Update on Oneball, i just flew with tony, oneballs son. He told me that oneball isnt doing so will, he had another stroke and they r moving him to I.C.U. please pray for oneball. He isnt doing very well and tony said he appreciates all the prayers and cares being sent out.

News on the Oneball thread isn't sounding so good. Big prayers for you and your family man!

The sermon this morning was focused on internet friendships and how they affect us.
The guest priest was about 25 years old and "gets" it better than the old guys.
It was really moving.

Update on Oneball!!!!!

I flew with Tony (oneballs son) today and he told me one ball is doing good. They removed a blood clot from his brain which was causing the strokes. The procedure went good and oneball is doing ok. Then a BIG twist happened!!!! Ge said "My dad is here with me right now hold on". Then i seen "Hey fellas". It was oneball himself!!! He siad he wants to thank everyone for the prayers and he told ne to tell the forum, his quote "Tell then I love them, they know who they r. Thanks for all the care and prayers." Then he left. His son came back in the game saying his dad shut the game down by habit and way going back to sleep.

God is pulling another miricle before our eyes! Oneball ,at this rate, will be flying with us again in no time!!!

Sonic is better as ive heard from the misfits, and my aunt is still struggling with the kemo. She hasnt gotten the bands yet. But she said she is very thankful for them. And that "paul is a good person for giving them to me " her quote. Lol

Ok update on ONEBALL, he is able to fly in the game now , he is still in the hospital but said he is doing alot better, he said he loves everyone here for praying for him and all the support .

Update on my aunt, her stage four cancer has simply vanished!!!!! She wants to thannk all of yall for praying. Her cancer has vanished without a trace. ShE was in tears praising the lord for her healing.
Thank u to everyone who prayed for her. Special thanks to paul Jr for all his help and support. This community is a blessing. Every one of u guys r outstanfing friends to have.

also, my mom just found out a friend she grew up with was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer I believe, its some kind of cancer, not positive on where, but I think mom said liver. She is on her death bed right now. Van yall pray for her and my mom, she has been crying since she heard about it 2 days ago.

Lord Jesus I pray for Bzerkbzerk and Kestrals mom as they face friends of theirs that are major trials. I pray that you would give them the strength and may Your presence be there for them as they care for their friends. May Your miracle working power be there with them. You have done many miracles in dogfight land with prayer and I pray that You would continue to bless this community with more of Your miracle working power for Your Glory and for Your Kingdom as well.

This seems to be the place when life deals ya a bum card.I was gonna keep quiet but you never know what's round the corner.

About 5 month ago I took a few black outs,each one knocked me Ill for a week at a time.Then I started going into a state of panic and anxiety which was enough concerns to warrant an ambulance to A+E.Done some blood tests which came back fine.Still feeling rough,dizzy and on the verge of collapsing.so went to GP and was told I needed tests at the falls clinic.Undergone some testing on blood pressure,they sprayed angina spray under my tounge, 5 minutes later oh no I could feel an episode coming on.Next thing I remember was looking up at the ceiling with doctors above me.I basically got diagnosed vasovagal sycope(doctors talk for fainting).I told the consultant about pressure feeling in the head.so I got sent for echoscans on the heart and an MRI can on the brain.I got a phone call two days later saying my heart is great but your brain scan has come back as abnormal so I would need a second scan.Hearing this sent my panic anxiety attack rocketing which put me in bed with servere shakes and just loss of all normal behaviour. I had an emergency appointment at my docs.She gave me some anxiety pills and told me to see a counselor. Waited a week to get a second MRI scan and a week later I was told the echoscan was fine my heart is great BUT there is something wrong with my pituitary gland under my brain.I was in hospital most of yesterday,I was told there is a large mass on my pituitary either growth,cyst,tumour not sure yet.I then had electrodes fitted to my head for 20 minutes then sent to the eye department to test field vision and a general eye test as this mass can push on the optic nerve causing blindness,all is fine there.Then had to have different hormones pumped into me at 25 minute intervals with blood tests in between each dose.These results I will find out tommorow whether or not the gland is secreting the correct hormone level.I got prescribed hydrocortisone as a failsafe as it is very dangerous not to produce enough.I will also find out the plan of action for either using medicines to shrink it first or surgery to remove through the nose or worst of all having my forehead peeled back and go through the skull!
Never went to see a coucelor.I hate GP's thinking I'm nuts but it's no wonder I have been feeling anxious, tired,irritable,low blood pressure,fainting,dizziness,naucious,head pressures, migranes etc as my hormone levels are bouncing allover the place and the fact I have this thing growing in me.

Wow Jeff, i have been going through the same stuff. They docs cant find any thing wrong though. Except that i have arthritis in the base of my neck. My heart has some mild arrhythmia problems which has and can cause mild heart attacks. I constantly have headaches that make me black out, and shake to the point that i cant hold anything with out dropping it or spilling it. Then i tend to feel very week and cant move at all. That is a big reason why i havnt been in the sky to much. I believe it is a sign of getting old and not taking care of myself like i used to, i think.

Jeff youll be in my prayers as well as bzerk and his friend.

This Dogfight community has really surprised me in meny ways. We all came togather over Jack Burton & JD. And now more people have came forword to let every one know whats goin on with them, and every one in here prays or sends positive thoughts to those who need it.

I just want to say THANK YOU ALL, for those who cant of havent done so yet. I am honored and proud to be apart of this community. No matter what squad your in every one still has a heart and cares about each other. Rather they admit it or not.
