First Kane now this? What in the world? If this is all do to TASK, im out Paul. I will no longer participate in it. This is indeed getting out of hand, there's an explosion of TKers. There really has to be a better protocol than the 5 minute hand slap ban so we dont take this into our own hands. Game is meaningless without good people behind it.

If the task thing is to team kill and ruin the game for the people on the list newer players might see you do that and then think it is acceptable to team kill people. Sorry if I am wrong on what the taskers do I haven't payed much attention to it till yesterday.

I think what Paul's talking about is in a game where it 7 reds and you the only blue these guys camp out at your base and you can't get up. You make that 1st turn after take off and bam... Your flamed.... It's 5+ to 1 guys bomb and go you don't need to camp out waiting for your bombers to return..... Go get one yourself and let the Lone Ranger play. After all that is what we are doing.... Playing..... So play nice or dont play at all......

Paul.... this isnt how I thought the day would end. I really hate to see you go. Hopefully you get really bored in about 10 to 12 hours and you will come back. Two outstanding members of dogfight in one day something should be done to control these ankle biters coming up from the little guy servers. Paul, I've only been here a short time. You are one of the guys I look up to, I am going to PM you. But please don't leave. If this is what is going to happen to me later on, then why am I playing?

In a 7-1 situation I completely agree w/ Dr Dave. I was camping on a 6/2 ship the other day... When it was pointed out (I had no idea how many opponents I had. I was just frantically flying in circles and shooting) not only did I stop, but I left the game to help them even it up. There is no call for that type of behavior. I'm not sure that those who do so should be punished... But maybe they should be publicly shamed IF they were paying attention and were aware that they only had 1 opponent.

It will be a sad day if the MAGIC is gone.......

If we can play against the noobs it will weed out the weak ones, and the cream will rise to the top. That's the natural selection. It works in real life, only the strong survive. Open the gates Zup. Please let this happen. It's the only way. The players who play dirty, by cursing, camping, spawn killing, and team killing, Will be called out right away. It can be explained from the beginning. So they learn right from the start, instead of learning the wrong things. Then bringing it here.

It's been over 8 hours and I'm still ticked off.
Noobs, I can understand..and avoid..it was high ranks for the most part.
People that I respected. Not now.
I'll enjoy the forum and read their hypocritical rants about others.
They completely acted like a pack of wolves on a baby deer.
I got off the runway once and did my thing...then got shot..called a cheater...and SKED for the rest of that game until I left. It carried into the next 2 games.

Also add a week ban for the players that receive complaints for team killing and potty mouth. Not just the name but the IP address. 5 minute does not work.

I will no longer go after team killers or potty mouth again, they will grow and take over if something solid isn't done. You will reap what you sew if you allow it. Im saddened that the team killers and potty mouths are victorious because we cannot be a united entity.

Spawn killers, there is only a couple that are really bad. Like i said i just take the good games with the bad and laugh it off. I myself will leave the area and reload except a bomb carrier game, i won t spawn kill but i will circle in the distance hoping to get shot down so i can tank.

As far as im concerned the team killers and potty mouths can do whatever. I will just go to a different game.

They aren't going to take over....Uhh I agree something should be done....But people trying to do good,,,, CAN GO TOO FAR...

Dent, you are another pilot that I hold in great regard, it pains me to see you leave. I'm sure you have invested a great many hours to this wonderful "game" way of life. I wish you would reconsider, please try to help make it better.

I am obviously missing something in how this relates to TASK. Can someone clue me in either here or via pm? I just posted my view on what I thought TASK was and should be. If TASKERS are spawn killing and camping there is no point to the whole system.

When I "MAGIC TIMED" I was called a cheater....and the next words were "TASK HIM".
I see no reason to name them, for they'll feel no shame. All that seems to do is begin another long line of denials and bs.

I hope you stay Paul and would be sorry to see you go. Those pilots that do that don't bother me and they should not bother you. I don't support it however because I think its a moronic way to spend your time playing a game. I don't like telling people how to play DF but I do like to express, from time to time how I play DF and somthing I tell my self quite often when things are stacked against me in life and in games. And that is , "I'm already dead." I heard that in a war movie I saw that had a scene of a soldier explaining how he lost his fear of combat by making himself beleive that. For me, at least it has worked in many high stress situations.

(Btw would appreciate letting know the name of that movie if anyone knows what I'm talking about).

So the next time that happens try telling yourself that and then try and shoot one of those idiots down. I always think hiw embarrassing for them...because you know...there are some that you kill that just feel better than others....no matter what it takes.

As I have posted in TASK I am trying to help find the path for TASK since I am already involved. The only known TASKERS to me are:

LOK
Blue Max
Whiplash
Noush

I could be wrong but I wouldn't think it was any of them so if people call it TASKing not a whole lot we can do about it. I say post these players to TASK, there is a watch list and maybe when they see their name there they will get a clue. Failing that can you pm me the names? If they are acting as TASKERS we need to keep the force clean. I say only those with respect and honor can be part of TASK so we can rely on the assumption they are doing good work and honoring the games rules and players as much as possible.
