Oh well I can make a free website its just the paying part the ones I make expire I will be studing about computers and programes and comman things like that but before all that I need a screen recorder I know you can get one in cydia for jailbroken devices I know I jailbroke mine but you have to pay for it

True. I guess it is legal. But i would check with zup just so there isn't any confusion

I believe the game is copyrighted so I'm guessing you need to have his permission before you use it.
