Hi there!

Squadron management is finally available in-game!

It is not 100% ready since I have to release it on stages on all the platforms, but if you have an Android check for 4.4.34 on Google Play and it should be out shortly with a whole bunch of new screens that allow you to check your ranking, your squadron info and join/create squadrons from inside the game.

If you are the owner of a squadron, go into the game and register it. I will honor all previous owners so if anyone goes and register yours, let me know and I'll remove them (and probably punish them with a ban if it was done with bad intentions).

Also a new plane is there replacing the Sopwith Camel. The Airco DH2. The sopwith will be back in a soon to be released update.

Hey Zup, will it cost to creat for recruitment? Will we have to pay to start it back up too, or will it be inclueded?

100k wouldn't be any trouble for anyone.
Heck I could start over 20 squads by myself, so does it really matter if it is included or not.
We can't use it for anything else anyway

When is 4.4.24 for iOS going to be available?

Usually takes a week from Android is out to when OS users gets it.

Can the squad that's been created be edited but the owner?
How do u invite player when u have chosen "invite only"

Yes can we please remove the invite only, if you have time, from both Devils Dragons and Devils Dragons Recruits. If not we will wait until we can invite.

@sp33dymonk3y, you have to register it. I meant i will honor previous owners, so if someone that is not the owner registers your squadron, you just have to let me know so i demote that person. But you have to register your squadrons yourself since there were over 400 registered squadrons and most were unused. This way only the real ones will be operational.

About the invite/open. I will be releasing an update shortly so you can edit your squadrons (shortly means 99% chance it will be today).

Guys, a new update is out. You can now edit your squadron so that you can change the invite option.
I also added a timestamp into the chat, so you can know when someone wrote the last message.

Way to edit your own squadron:
1) Go into multiplayer and wait for the chat to appear. (yes, you have to wait for it to show up so it updates your internal info because this is new stuff).
2) Go into the squadron section and select your squadron.
3) On the top, you will see an "edit" button... all yours.
4) Modify whatever, hit save.

Do we have to update the app? It sounded like we just had to wait for chat to show and then we could hit an edit button. I waited for the chat but still have no edit button.

Ok I was playing in another account earlier, and I saw the prices of the planes and i though maybe i had walked into a foreign car dealership. Are they supposed to cost this much?

Should a future update include planes with multiple pilots, I'd like to add these on my planes

Its usually a week or so for apple to approve and publish.

I've just sent a new update with several fixes to the interface. Sorry for the so many updates but I'm trying to make it nice and smooth as soon as possible before it gets approved to all platforms. I'm reading through posts and adding features/improvements requested by you guys.

Hopefully it will be easier to push the buttons on small screens now with this update. Also now people request to join a squadron, and the request is displayed on chat to the squadron owner. The owner can then accept or reject this pilot.

Is the delay due to Apple testing it for 'bugs' and if so doesn't that make them the better provider?

Not really. They don't really test for bugs, they just check if it loads and runs (and sometimes not even that). In my opinion it is a waste of time and resources on Apple's side.

The best tester is Samsung. They do test and send you a video with found bugs. But very few people use the Samsung store so it's basically unknown outside of the dev world.

Zup I logged into my Samsung account and tried to download dogfight and it wasn't found.

Will the windows 8 phantoms be a thing of the past? Or will we still be killed by people we can't see. Worst game glitch in the history of DF. ???????????
