Recently, I have had to make some hard decisions in my life, so i decided to leave this game for a while to think about them, some of the answers fell together quickly, and it didnt take as long as expected. My parent split up, and it was decided I am living with my mother, who is an abusing lazy wreck. The split up was nasty, including both parents trying to have eachother arrested, and left me and my siblings in a bad position. I have also with in the last year been making decisions about my future. My plans were to go to the Coast Guard Academy (a university), but since I cannot stand to be with my mother and i mightn't get accepted to CGA, I have decided to enlist at 17. These things have influenced, as you might imagine, many other things in my life, including this game. And have made some unwise decisions lately and am apologizing for them, and explaining my murky thinking. Those are still my beliefs, but I will not post about them unless someone else asks. Most of you are friends, and I hope you understand.

hey big c you are making the right decisions and moveing forward in your life quest, you are young and I'm sure you will find what your looking for in life. This is only a game there are way more important thing to do then give your free time to this game, I'm 49 years old I've done almost every thing I can possibly do in this life. Your story sounds like it's rolling down the same track Mine did.... Was a Helluva ride, Enlisted when I was 17 also...Without getting into details, I've ended up with a good life.., Good wife and Little Dent too...
No regrets. I alway's took a chance and Most of the time it paid off.... Along the way I've changed my way's and view's.... Everyone deserve's a chance.....

Coast guard would be cool but if I could turn back time, I would enlist in the NOAA Corps Academy...coolest gig there is for a young man. Always have friends here to chit chat and some of these ol geezers even have good advice believe it or not.

Put aside all distractions and make yourself a list of objectives. Accomplish them at all costs.

"Nothing is true,everything is permitted". It is hard to figure out what it means so I will tell you vaguely. Do anything you want in life and be prepared to face the good or the bad consequences. Do whatever YOU feel is right. Also best of wishes and may luck cross your path.

Hey BIG C, whatever you do dont give up. I've had a very difficult life and extremely poor childhood. I would like to say it gets easier but it really does not. Im not being negative but truthful, life is a fight. I think the best thing my dad taught me was how to work and how to fight, not physically but to fight against problems as you will always have problems. Heck im 62 and still fighting problems and I've been very successful at it. I think I really rely a lot on the GOOD LORD for my strength.

And yes the navy is a great ideal, everyone should do a stint in the military, it helps to give you the discipline to handle life.

And don't let nothing defeat you. Also learn about all that you can especially about stuff like plumbing, electrical, and handyman type stuff. The more you know then the less you will have to depend on others and you can always make a lot of money from this type of knowledge. I know this all probably sounds stubid but i will throw it out anyhow and press submit.
