I want to know if you have to go through some sort of training, or you just enter the squadron.

Head over to the "Squadrons" section of the forum. Most squadrons prefer you to send them a request before you can join, especially the more elite squadrons who will typically oversee you/get some sort of recommendation before you join.

Go to the Squadron you're interested in and post that you'd like to join. Be sure to read the first post of their thread as well -- it'll tell you what to do. Let me know if you need anything else!

Also Biplane Fighter, I hope you remember the extra info I gave you in-game, if you ever check this thread again. I'm inferring that you just recently became a Falcon Recruit and you told me in-game that you were becoming a full Falcon soon. It took me at least three weeks before I became a Falcon, about a week or two ago. When you fly for Falcon, I hope you fly with honor and dignity for a Falcon never quits! FFf
