That glitch where there is a carrier but no water. I love this glitch because during a bomb the carrier mission, you can drive right up without sinking, or even capture the carrier, you can diagonally ram your tank into the carrier and sometimes it will stay!

Yeah that's an old glitch that resurfaces from time to time.

I type this covertly, under a plentiful amount of tin foil but, I stayed in Mariposa County briefly and the reservoirs nearby were 2 thirds empty. My landlady explained that bush was redirecting it to San Fran to fuel industry, not people. Is water distribution an issue in the states at the mo?

Usually the governent of departments such as public intrest, FBI, Treasury, US plants of power, etc... from time to time split or passes the bill to the next. But in this case the US Treasure has not paid in 25yrs, leaving canada no choice but to open the dam and drain out, Canada has posted a statement through there public affairs office.

Although we regret to drain your lakes we must take action to retrieve the intrest of our canadian citizen. You must pay your debts. Next time -and we quote , should the IRS concider spending the USA citizen tax paying dollars 50 million+ then maybe concider vesting your trips and affairs/convention in Canada...

At the main drain there is a plug and if it is taken out all the water goes down and the fish disappear
