Perhaps playing less frequently will help. I used to get pretty ticked off at times, although I've never thrown my device or yelled. I took a break and it helped me.

It's been interesting for me to observe my emotional state when I play. Some days the lag spoils the game and makes mediocre players awesome, and awesome players stink like last weeks garbage. Some players just have better reflexes or strategies than others, and they usually dominate. Every dog has his day, though. It's all part of the game. Plenty of people take time away and come back more focused and even-keeled. Maybe that will be the case with you.

Noush, I had the same problem. Lucky for me, my WiFi network stopped working for a week-until I figured out how to fix it Anyway, since I joined the crooscountry team, I was preoccupied and my addiction was broken. But sadly, I just don't enjoy playing Dogfight anymore. I think I might become a M.O.R.A.F., and then make occasional occurences. Don't worry, I'll be at the finish line cheering you on while you're in Dogfight Rehab,
