I am starting to HATE this game. I can see how a lot of you love it but with all the problems it still has I just can't take it anymore! When I lagged out of a game I tried to rejoin only to be thrown in a df. I left that game at least 20 - 25 times (no exaggeration) but it kept taking me back I made myself lose connection, I went straight to the home screen, I played a practice mission, I even went to the forum for awhile and keep going back to the same df game.. I will more than likely not be going up anymore, maybe a couple times a week but I have lost the love for flying in this game. But I'll still be on forum.

I find the samething happens here at this time of the day, uk time it's nearly 10AM and most UK folk are at work and most of America are in bed, so when I go up this time, you have to take what's on offer. I have no technological knowledge but I guess that when not many people are on, the servers try and direct us towards an active game rather than in a game all on your own.

The other morning I was in a dogfight all on my own and I just had to park up and await the enemy to join, it took about ten minutes but hey ho, the game is so addictive and fun, I'm happy for a little annoyance in the mornings.

Yup, you are NOT exaggerating!
I experimented this suffering myself a lot of times! Trying to enter a bomb mission, but all I have for 30-40 times was the SAME DF session, with the same guys!!! I thought that was an extreme case of BAD LUCK, but now that I see that there are other players in the same hell, and now that Roo put a good theory on the table about WHY THE HELL THIS ANNOYANCE HAPPENS, I see that we have another reason to ask Zuperman for a MISSION BROWSER FEATURE!

But I don't ask Zup anything anymore, after that little struggle. No more wifi-local-multiplayer requests, no more mission-browser requests, no more stable-tanks requests, no more no thing from this poor brazilian monkey.

Hope the team don't make me regreat from the 25 bucks I spent on the kickstart's DF Elite project.

About "donations": No, I didn't "donate" to DF Elite; I PAID 25 bucks for what I hope is going to be a good game. I am for sure one of the first ten people that put their little money on the project. I believe I am one of the first FIVE to adhere, if not wrong. I would never - I said NEVER - donate any money for any software developper; the right thing to do is to PAY for a product - what's the case here. That's because I believe that there are other people that REALLY needs donations: starving poor people, children care institutions, etc. I use to donate to this kind of institutions in a regular basis. I give milk to an orphanage, even being myself a poor man.

So, please, lets stop this "donation" thing!!! Lets invite the people to help make the game, but please, lets face it as a TRADE, a DEAL, not as a "donation"!

Yes, I have the same problems for some time now? It’s laggy, planes jumping around or flying underground too. But I think it will get better again.. It has Before!.. so be kind to Zuperman and his team!

Ace, I have the exact same problem. It bits I know. That's why I take 30 minutes before I start another. Or I play all the way through the bag lagg. Just to get a mission that has no lagg. Don't leave bro, your to good and who else is gonna put holes in my plane?

I feel your frustration I won a DF this morning 16/4 I go to the next mission and cant hit the side of a flying barn broadside not to mention I'm getting blown from the sky's by every ridiculously self named noob in the game!!! I dont get it either, buy it is what it is ((i hate that saying too but it is true). I guess just try and remember we are all feeling it. That doesnt help I know, but its true.... Just ask whip, he's there too expsecialy today.

You are not the only one as you can see. At times I have to put the game down and just walk away for a bit. I can't tell you how many times I have lost connection during a good game, been in a game with bad lag, or keep getting pushed into a df that I don't want to play. One of the oddest happened last week, everyone in a btb mission vanished, I could see no one but they coulsd see me. I was getting shot down by ghosts lol. Kestrel purposely self destructed on the runway right in front of me to try and break the glitch. Sadly nothing changed and I was done for the day.

I do have faith that these issues will be conquered in time, we need to be patient. I applaud Joaquin(Zuperman) for they're efforts to correct what they can. Countless hours of code being written and re written and working on the new version as well. I imagine the stock has increased slightly for the coffee market in Spain lol.

Your a great guy and enjoy playing with you. I truly hope you stay in the game while these issues are addressed one at a time.

The biggest problem I have with the dogfight elite is if you can't get this game to work how is the elite going to be any different? And yes I have done being patient but its been 9 months and I still have the same problems I really have my doubts that this new game will be any better.

Lag is indeed frustrating but just think about what's at work here for a second. This is a virtual game where thousands of players around the GLOBE join simultaneously to play in real time! But what does that mean? Every single bullet fired, from everyone, every turn, every landing, take off, bombing, kills, deaths....every freakin MOVE, has to be converted to millions of bits of 1's and 0's and beamed across thousands of miles while going through hundreds of different servers before it can reach your WIRELESS mobile device...and do all of this for everyone in the game simultaneously! And to make it work so well most of the time is mind boggling technology. We have become accustomed to taking things for granted. Zup is a genius for writing such incredible code. I'll take a little lag, and give a little lag...knowing what's at work here.

Its ok to voice frustrations, fact is it productive to the game, how else is Zup going to get an honest feed back about needed improvement. I believe everyone here is a supporter of DF, everyone on this thread plays the game far to much to say they arent major fans...

I agree with Raptor...we obviously love the game check out how much time we spend here but what we aren't allowed to talk about it's issues? I think the biggest thing is when I started these issues didn't exist so that only proves that they can be fixed.

Im sorry if I was a jerk with my prev post, but HATEing on dogfight gets me grumpy because I believe Zup is aware of the issues and working his butt of to give us this lil playground that many people seem to take for granted.

I'm having tons of problems myself..game sometimes goes right to my phone screen and no more game ...and anyone get controls going wacky?

I lose controls every now and then, the only way to correct it is back at the controls screen..... if your game is just shutting on and going straight to your phone screen, this could be your phones processor not being able to handle it all, try closing down all background apps before you going to the game. just an idea good luck.

I dont know, it's just that it sounds like a phone issue, usually if its the game you get the lost connection screen....

On controls I noticed it only happened spawning after tanking.
