I've played with you earlier today and never saw you teamkill. Are you accused of it? If so, the accuser will need to provide screenshot evidence.

On a related note, teamkilling is at an all time high. My best method to deal with it seems to be to shoot down the dimwit shooting at you immediately. Warning in chat is nowhere nearly as effective. Once they find out you mean business, they almost always leave instantly

I could not agree more. This is how I deal with team killers and tank spawn killers. I'm ok with plane spawn killers (not my cup of tea but tolerate it).

That is not applicable in this sort of case. If you catch a burglar in your home, you don't try to steal back what he has stolen. This is mutanity my friend, and its punishable by death. Best way to get a donkeys attention is to slap hin on the forehead.

Remember guys! No one likes a team killer. If you kill a team killer doesn't that make you a team killer. I've heard of people getting ban for team killing. The best thing is not to do it.

^^^ yes like Reid said.

If you teamkill a teamkiller and a mod (or someone else) sees you "out of context", that's just a risk you take. Then when you're banned, you'll explain, and maybe get unbanned, but the original offender goes off scot-free! It may be less fulfilling to snap some screenshots and make a detailed report, but that's the way to get the person banned for a time span (or a repeat offender permanently banned).

Ok ok, I've done it too, but believe me, I'm trying to snap useful screenshots the whole time. That way, I can make the report AND keep the player from dishing it out.

It's a real skill to snap photos, while texting, shooting, and maneuvering!

I see it more in the jurisdiction of a "citizens arrest". If fired upon, you should have the full right to fire back. I take screen shots and report all the time but the majority of team killers are noobs who need a good backslash to comprehend game ethics. Killing a teamkiller is protected under article ju5t.1ce and those who doubt me can feel free to look up the common law for self defense.

I'm all for official reports, but all too often, the teamkiller is going for you when you need to be defending the base, or is at least a real danger to your plane. Warn them, tell them you'll shoot back, take pictures, THEN shoot. If it's urgent, reverse the order.
See you in the skies!
