I'd wish I would have read this sooner. I would have flown in the airco.

my reflections of rookie day are positive...

i started off the day with a bomb the carrier against wig...needless to say, by the end of the day i was very glad to crawl back into the spad. it made me truly appreciate the newer planes i have been able to purchase with coins i earned from fighting. playing the game in a slow and simple plane reminded me that i've not been playing this game for very long at all. it seems like yesterday i was in the free planes and didn't know or care about kdr's or campers or world rank!

Great Rookies day! The planes suffered some damage, but nothing that can't be repaired with duct tape and glue. Came out with a 1+ kdr.

Couchy, Frank and Mac in the Fokker DR1

I only played one game, ended with a 10-4 kdr...one teamkill though...that Fokker takes some readjusting too in long range fighting.

Oh I also got three hangars.

I played Rookie Day after playing a few games where I forgot it was Rookie Day....

One pilot told me "I thought Rookie day was over"...I told them....well I'm playing Rookie Day anyway. lol haahahah

I played about 4 games, 3 with the Red Baron plane and 1 with the Airco....I did real well....at first and it appeared I had no change from previous....I was unable to get to the enemy hangars cause the plane is slower but I had fun and actually didnt do too bad plane to plane with it. What I was real excited was getting my first long distance tank shot on a hangar with the new updated tank....that was awesome. I think over all I went 25-18 with the Red Baron for the 3 games I played...

I tried the Airco.....and hated it....its fun to fly around....but impossible....I feel sorry for the young rookies who all the have is the Airco....Zuperman is nice to have a server for those basically who all they have is Airco....I care about all of the pilots and will continue to do all I can to help anyone.

The Airco can do quite well, but it's all about tactics. You won't win a dogfight.
I spawned into a game on Rookies day in the DH2. Three red Zebras and one more red. The game was already going. I didn't take the win, but I did come out on top of the roster
