Very frustrating. After a long week of running through airports, I finally arrive home. Dogfight decompress, yea!... nope, CANNOT get the game to run on my Galaxy S3 (TMobile US version) for more than a few minutes. Spins me off to the android home screen at the worst moments, in a tank coming up to the enemy hangars, in a turning fight seeing good glimpses of my target's tail. Ahhh! I almost frisbeed my phone across the room on the 20th and last game-quit.

Yes, Z is working on this. He even sent me a version to try, with a samsung fix, but it's no-go, same stuff. Thanks for trying Z, this isn't a knock on your efforts. I'm just venting because I really enjoy playing, and I HATE having a fun battle suddenly go home-screen.

Does anyone have any tips for keeping the game running on these phones? I try Advanced Task Manager a lot, seems to double what would otherwise be 1 minute games. But not always. Maybe a figmenr of my imagination.

I did fling my galaxy s2 across the room. I wish I had a suggestion but I do not, however because of my flinging incident lol. I now use a galaxy tab 2, huge improvement. It will freeze sometimes but has never done so in game, always when starting. (If my wife read this I would be history )

If you can afford a Kindle Fire HD (7" $200) I have found it to be superb.
Cost.
Size.
Battery time.
Very few extended problems with updates.
Ability to store apps on "cloud" until wanted keeps unit's memory open.
Never interrupted by phone calls.

Negative is that screenshots take two buttons. You have to practice.

Only downside to the Kindle is the time it takes to push an update. Better than Apple, of course, but you can't beat Google's speed. Although, if it runs the game, it's worth it.
