How is it that people can disappear then appear again only to strike, then gone again. Then if you get a shot on them it's like a forcefield around them that keeps any rounds from hitting? Have some freaking honor and stop cheating!!!! Seems like we can do anything in this world without people lying, cheating, stealing.

It's all lag. Lag at the users end, lag at the servers, lag, lag, lag. There are pages and pages of complaints like yours. There are no cheat codes, there are no hackers. I know the frustration you have and and experienced it myself. Just know that it isn't always like this and hang in there.
