I must confess, I am guilty of sniping on the carriers. After reading some of MoMs squadron posts, I will stop sniping. With that said, if you find yourself in a game where someone is sniping on a carrier, you can still kill them. Dropping a bomb or artillery round and/or bullets will kill them. Most likely the sniper will be behind the Con tower in the three sided box area. Drop a bomb there or light it up with your machine guns as you approach from the stern. I've killed a few snipers with a tank from shore. I does not hurt the ship although make sure you have no team mates on deck if you do this. For me, carrier sniping is not as bad as spawn killing. When sniping, you are not denying anyone the freedom to play and you can be killed. When spawn killing, either from tank or plane, you are robbing the another player the opportunity to enjoy the game while deviously increasing your stats.

Anyhow, I apologize to everyone for sniping and I will no longer continue to do it.

Hopefully apple will release an update soon to stop you lot from sniping.Android cannot do this anymore.its only a matter of time before its a thing of the past.

I didn't realize this is a frowned upon tactic. I have used it right regular since I started playing. Thank you for letting me know about this and I will quit doing it as well.

I've been a sniper since it became available and learning how to do it. I wasn't aware of the Apple exemption until this morning, so in the interest of fair play I'll stop sniping. I'll go back to landing below deck, if I can get past ParrotHead. What a bloodthirsty beast!
