Ok don't get mad at me or lower my karma(karma especially), but what's with this council in squads!? I mean its a game for fun, politics. I wanted a game that would be fun and not uptight. His game has become a politically insured problem to me because i dont like politics and with the squad councils make the laws(rules) and not the people which the rules fall upon the people like me. I now realized y that the people i tried to recruit and said they didn't want to put up with the junk squads do and that they will fly solo it's because each squad wants their own government and have a court/noble ranks in their "government" i mean for real its a GAME!!! Not a government! LOOSEN UP AND STOP WITH "did you run it past the council" BULL!!

yes it is only a game but as in all games, especially good ones there are rules to be followed
and people to make them as am who they want in their group or squad, as far so called
junk squads... there's no such thing. some squads have grown faster and larger than others
but all squads are made up of people with similar interest. that interest is to have fun.

i havent had any problems and i dont belong to any squad...and probably wont. all the games i have been in there were 3 basic rules...1. dont use foul language as there are younger people who play this game ( and its just polite ), 2) dont spawn (camp ) kill and 3) dont team kill. everyone screws up and if you do apologize right away. since people cant pick which side they are on ( unlike some of the console games ) squad members may face each other. if they were able to pick the side then it may get dicey with a whole team ganging up...but even then the better the guy you play against ( as long as the rules are adheared to ) the better it makes you in the long run. as with any game you better decide to take your lumps and get flamed for awhile until you get the fell for the planes and flight characteristics. anyways...like i said i havent felt singled out as a easy kill for everyone or felt shunned for any reason...

The falcon squad is a democracy. The fact that we have a council/legislative branch is not hidden but is apparent to anyone who visits falcon.spruz.com. You failed to take the time to investigate which squad if any would be a good fit for your beliefs. You dislike politics but have been playing 'politics' in your last few posts by trying to compliment one squad at the expense of another or one squad member over another. You do not have to participate in the Falcon democracy and quitting would be the best option for you, however, you are still bound by the rules of the game. The moderators here actively enforce them. So if you do not like rules in general, do not play this game.

Rules
1. Follow orders from the commanding officers.
2. Do every thing you can not to lose the game.
3. Respect all pilots and people.
4. Do not team kill.
5. Work together with the squad to win.
6. Watch your fellow pilots backs. When a fellow pilot has a enemy on there tail, go and blast the enemy.
7. Watch what you say so you don't cuss or make any other people feel like crap.
8. No Spawn killing unless you are coming up to bomb or to get a bomber in. Any spawn killing after you have bombed or your team mate has bombed is forbidden.
9. Watch your fire so you don't hit one of your team members.
10. Do Not Work together in dogfight free for all games.
11. No spying on other squads. Spying is wrong and is cheap. Plus if the spy is caught by the enemy squad it would cause a big mess.
12. No sandbagging. This is when you go and get out of the way of the battle field and fly circles letting your team get shot to bits and blocking a opening for your team to get reinforcements.

Council is no more than our core members who have been accepted as being trustworthy and loyal Falcons. So when you hear "Run it by council it means the Squad will weigh in on it. Nothing more. We all get the chance to say yea or nay. In short Council is the loyal Falcons saying yes or no. Most Squads do the same thing.
